Excellent shoe! Absolutely the best shoes I have ever bought for jogging/walking because of the excellent cushioning on the forefoot, good support, and excellent ventilation to keep my feet cool. If you need lots of cushioning to jog comfortably for long distances, these are the shoes for you!

These shoes are well cushioned but on the heavy side. The inside of the shoe is virtually seamless so there's no annoying seam irritating your feet. These are excellent training shoes, but not for marathon events.

	Anyone who knows women know how much they LOVE shoes! I don't know what it is, but shoes are one of those universal items that women agree on. Shopping at Zappos is a wonderful experience.
