I was pleasantly surprised with the speed and customer service provided by your company. When I called at 5 pm to say the shoe size was not correct and needed to make a return, I was amazed that the new shoe size arrived the following day! Wow, what service! This purchase was done even before I saw the Oprah show with Zappos' CEO on it! After I saw the show, I was even more impressed. I'm spreading the word about your service. Thank you!!!

Comfy, Cute, and arch support too!
I just got these - less than 24 hours after ordering them!! My feet are sighing with relief, having worn flip-flops and flats all summer I was noticing some tenderness and a reluctance to go walking. I heeded to other reviewers, and remembering previous experiences with New Balance - they do run small - I ordered a half size larger. Good advice because with socks they are right up to the toe guard. I love the color combo and the dark outsole - finally New Balance gets it, glaring white does not do well with a dark upper!!! Trendy enough to wear around town, outdoorsy enough so as not to have to take another pair of shoes when going for a stroll on the trail. Really nice shoe!!

I ordered 4 pairs of sneakers and these are the ones I kept. I ordered half a size larger than usual as other people suggested. VERY comfortable, good arch support and very light. And they look great. The mesh part is actually brown.

I really enjoy wearing this shoe. They are very comfortable and light in weight. I have already purchased three pairs of the New Balance brand of tennis shoes and love them. I have encountered that some of the other styles run a bit small so I had to exchange them for a half size larger. But this particular pair ran true to size for me.

I love New Balance shoes, these are a nice change from running shoes although I had to order a half size larger and the toe box is slightly narrow even when the wide width is ordered.

Nice shoe - A very lightweight and comfortable shoe. It's nice they come in a wide width. I haven't tried it for running yet, but I have walked in them a few times and they are nice. The style is casual and cute.

With a big foot, I appreciate the generosity of the cut of this shoe and the space of the toe box. The gold and brown style has a fairly urban look for a sport shoe.

I've liked New Balances for years. They are true to size & very durable. I walk everywhere I go as I live in NYC, so these are necessary to life. Great shoe.

Stylish and Comfy -
I tried these shoes in a local sports store, and I really liked the look (matches my workout outfit perfectly). But I was also surprised by how light these shows were. I normally wear size 9 1/2 - 10; however 10 was too small, and the store didn't have any larger. I checked on Zappos and they had 10 1/2! Shoes were delivered very fast. So far had several workouts in them and they feel great - super-light and comfy. I have flat feet, so use my own insoles with them. Other than the fact that they run 1/2 size smaller - no complaints.

I was really looking for just a hiking shoe (instead of a running), but definitely not disappointed. Lightweight, comfortable, breathable, and great traction for the trails.

Hooked on Zappos -
I ordered the blue/pink, which is really browner, and they look incredible. I wish I didn't have to send them back. I usually wear an 11W - I ordered a 12WW, and they were still too narrow. The length was right. I'm still looking for an attractive athletic shoe for hiking in Italy next month.
