I bought these to replace NB W767 since NB said it's the same shoe. It fits slightly differently from the 767, but I am keeping it since I have such trouble finding anything in a narrow that is any better.

Very nice shoe so far -
So far so good! I was a little apprehensive when I read the review about the shoe being much shinier than the picture, but they actually are not that much shinier. I really like the way they look (plain) and they are pretty comfortable.

I read the reviews and went with a half size large and I am glad I did. I put them on and have been wearing them ever since. I bought them for the big Susan G. Komen walk here in St. Louis. They don't even need to be broken in.

I ordered this shoe because it's hard to find a cute sneaker in XW. It does not disappoint - very cute. However, I think Brooks sneakers are made better.

New Balance Running Shoes -
These shoes are great and are a replacement for the well-worn originals. It wasn't obvious from the online photos but these are branded for breast cancer awareness.

I usually wear a 7 in casual shoes. In running shoes I usually buy a 7.5. However the 7.5 in these shoes are too big. My heel slides around and it causes blisters on the insides of my heels. The shoes are also a little bulkier than what I am used to. I would buy your true size if you are going to buy these shoes.

My feet are happy -
I bought these shoes before leaving on my honeymoon...I am a VERY happy Zappos customer and plan on ordering some more shoes in the future...I have had 2 bunion surgeries so shoe comfort is important to me. I am very happy with this comfortable shoe and I love the green color with the grey...will definitely be buying another pair of shoes soon!! Can’t wait!!!

I bought the silver/peach. Great shoe, great looking and fantastic fit. New Balance is all I wear because I wear orthotics. I wanted a tennis shoe that isn't all white and these are perfect. I can not emphasize how comfortable they are. I wear a 10W. I am on my feet all day working with kids. You can not go wrong with these shoes.

Retraining My Feet!
I love these! The first day I wore them, my feet did end up sore. But since I overpronate (I walk around all knockneed) the pain was from the shoes retraining my arches. The next day I was fine. Great for walking, best for running. I feel like I can run forever in these shoes. I wish I could buy them in black. I bought these a 1/2 size bigger than my regular size in case of swollen feet. They ended up fitting like my regular size. Go figure.

BEST SHOES IN THE UNIVERSE!!!
I was an overweight couch potato looking to get prepared for a 3 day walking tour of Washington DC. I knew I needed to get a great pair of shoes, but what brand? I've always worn Nikes...since forever! Well, my Nikes weren't cutting it. They were squashing my toes and causing circulation problems in my toes also. Anyway, bought the New Balance 768s, and OMG! AMAZING! My feet never hurt once! I bought 11 wide to get extra room in the toe box. They are perfect! I want to buy 10 pairs! I just started a nursing job about a month ago and have been wearing them to work. I literally am on my feet walking, standing or actually running the whole shift...NO FEET TROUBLE at all!
I am so impressed with these shoes. They have more technology built into them than my microwave! Even the shoe laces have technology! Truly, these are incredible shoes!
These shoes are roomy, but I wouldn't say they're larger than marked. I like them roomier.
BUY THESE SHOES! YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

Comfortable shoe with excellent support. I've been wearing New Balance shoes for years and they do run half a size smaller. I'm a RN and work 12 hr shifts on a very busy unit; these shoes enable me to do it without any problems.

Good but could be better -
Arch support was not really what I imagined--usually I can wear the original insole for at least a month before resorting to my orthotics-- on these shoes I switched to my orthotic insoles on the second week and they are not as stabilized as I read and believed. Would not buy them again for the money--

The only sneakers I wear and love. These are lightweight and nice looking...the mesh is helpful if you have bunions...I got the wide in 6 1/2 and they fit nicely, perhaps a tiny bit shorter than others I have, but still a nice fit...I use them to Jazzercise in and they are great.

OH MY AND OH WOW -
I have been wearing sandals and flip flops for the last several years, year round in PA. (YES-COLD). I hated every shoe I bought due to discomfort. I have big wide feet and have never been able to walk into a store and get a proper size. These came today and I am shocked. They are so comfortable- it’s like wearing slippers. Absolutely amazed. I can't stress enough how comfortable right out of the box these shoes are. Definitely go with 1/2 size bigger. You will not be disappointed. As far as Zappos, ROCK ON. Great selection and so many sizes. I am in shoe HEAVEN. I recommend ZAPPOS to everybody looking for shoes. Thanks

It has been an entire year looking for a new pair of New Balance to replace the old ones. Saw the WR768 but was disappointed because they are clumsy looking at lease in my size (13) that is the reason I returned back for a narrow fit.

Very comfortable shoe for those with wide feet -
These sneakers feel like slippers but have good support thrown in. I love the fact they're wide and my toes aren't squished. I would recommend them for anyone with wide feet.

Beware of the silver!
This is a nice looking shoe... but the silver/silver/green color is misrepresented online. The silver looks grey in the picture, but it is actually much shinier and more metallic in person. The result is incredibly dorky! I returned these and ordered the pink/white instead. Otherwise, it's a great shoe... very comfortable for feet that need a lot of support.

Awesome!
Totally worth the money. I have had terrible foot problems because I have flat feet, so my arches start to hurt when I run. I had gone through a series of Nike running shoes when I found out that New Balance is much better. Since getting these shoes, my arches don't hurt. The shoes do run wide, so if you have a narrow foot, you will need the narrow shoe.
