Was having a problem with heel pain. I've always have worn NB, so I thought a new pair might help. Love the shoes! Even the doctor approved! As a teacher, I'm on my feet all day. These shoes are a LIFESAVER!

Perfect for walking! Although these shoes are considered running shoes, I use them for walking. I walked 32 miles for a charity in these shoes, and NO blisters for me. A good fit is just as important as a good shoe, so be sure they feel good the minute you put them on. You should not need to "break" in shoes.

Best shoe I've had!!! This shoe feels great on and looks great too. I love that it has a larger toe box, so my toes don't feel like they are scrunched together. Feels great all day. I will definitely buy this shoe again!

I was nervous for the first day, and then for the first week, but now I'm happy. First, the shoes are a shinier silver than you'd guess from the picture, and I wanted a low-profile look. Second, though I got the "wide" size, which is usually right for me, they felt constricting across the instep, too much padding in the tongue and inner heel, and the bumpy laces didn't allow for self-adjustment with movement. But now that they're broken in and street-worn, they are a better color, and are extremely comfortable, with a snug, narrow heel and LOTS of cushioning at impact. (I have nerve injury in one foot so I'm sensitive.) I'm glad I stuck with them. The mesh is very flexible and light too.

Great, but not for me. I really wanted to love this shoe, and I almost did. I have a really narrow heel, and this shoe gave me almost no slippage. That was fabulous! But, it just felt like there was too much going on inside the shoe. It felt like there was too much stability control, and like my heels were in cups. I liked the cushioning, but they squeaked when I walked. As usual with NB, I had to order a half size larger and the fit was good. I really loved the way they look.

First pair of NB ever! I have been a Nike or Reebok customer for years. I have problems with knees and ankles and a bad back. My doctor suggested getting a pair of NB several years ago saying they would help. The NB shoes were a great fit, with a roomy toe box. I plan to get an insert for them though as I like more padding in my shoe. I find that even when I am on my feet for hours at a time, I have less problems with sore feet, ankles or knees and my back hurts less as well. They do tend to look larger than my old Nikes, but I will buy them again.

I was excited to get this shoe, but unfortunately was disappointed. The wrap straps in front were very stiff, and they were pressed into a crooked pattern. It did not look nearly as nice as the online picture. The ivory color looked a bit dingy too. Just as an FYI, my foot is slightly wide and I think these were true to width, as they were slightly tight. I'll go with a different Coloriffics shoe instead.

As a nurse with 31 years on my feet, I am constantly trying new shoes and spending almost anything I can on shoes. These NB's did not pass my "10 hour test". The size was fine; the width was wider than I expected requiring a thicker sock. My orthotics did not fit in the shoe. After wearing these shoes for two weeks in the operating room, I have gone back to my old shoes. The shoes are fine for exercise walking, but not for the day to day standing required for my job. This was an expensive mistake!

They Squeak!
This shoe is much shinier than I anticipated - the silver really glows at the gym; but the biggest issue is that they both squeak when I walk. Didn't start until after I'd worn them for several days and it seems to be getting worse. Don't know if I'll order these again, although the fit is okay for my wide feet, but not as comfortable as I expected.

Great shoe - This shoe is very comfortable. I walk almost every day and have to have good support. My job is on my feet too, so I am picky about what I put on my feet. These are stylish, feminine with the pink and silver, cooler with the mesh uppers, and very cushy to walk on. I love the laces. They are no slip so I don't have to double tie my laces.

This is a great exercise sneaker for walking. I have a narrow foot and need orthotics. The orthotics fit well in this sneaker without my heel sticking up too far up the back and rubbing. I usually buy Brooks Sneakers and decided to try New Balance this time and I'm glad I did. I really like the shoe laces too! I would recommend this shoe and will most likely purchase New Balance in the future. Zappos Rocks!

I am an aerobic instructor in Texas and I am always looking for a comfortable exercise shoe. I also have a narrow foot and I am 60 years old, so comfort is everything. I like this shoe because it is true to size and the toe box is a little narrower than some of the other shoes that I have ordered. I truly recommend it to my students.

WR768 is without a doubt the most comfortable and supportive walking shoe I've ever owned. It's snappy looking too! Only negative comment: the shoelaces are too long! (And I can live with that, and shall buy another pair soon.) You're a great company to deal with too!

Zappos is still my favorite place to buy shoes! As far as comfort goes, these shoes get an A++. I wasn't expecting them to be so shiny though, the front toe and part of the back are reflective (great if you run at night), but I just wanted comfortable shoes. I decided to keep them anyway.

I'm a new fan.
In the past, I wore only Sauconys for their fit and looks, but decided to try something new with this order. Along with two Saucony styles, I added this NB model and found it to be more comfortable than either of the Sauconys. The toe box is high, which is great for me and the tongue of the shoe doesn't come up too high in the front, so there is no rubbing there and more ankle flexion is possible. I ordered my usual size 10 in a D width and was comfortable with a thin running sock. I just ran a few miles in them and no break-in was necessary. Yeah!

Good stability running shoe -
This is my second pair of NB WR769. Training for my 4th marathon and helps a lot with my pronation. Less cushioning than I usually like, but good for stability. I have the gray/peach, not the prettiest shoe I've owned, but didn't buy it for looks. Overall highly recommended.

The shoe has great cushion and accommodates my orthotics well. I love the give of the mesh. I ordered the 2E width and it is true to width, but I can't seem to get a good fit on the size. 7.5 is my true size and the toes hit the front of the shoe. The size 8s are far too big. Frustrating!

Finally, a good fitting athletic shoe for my short, wide feet! I sized up 1/2 size and tried the double wide with success. After returning (thank you Zappos, for your patience and variety) 5 other sizes/brands, these are keepers. If you have wide feet and/or bunions, you will need the double wide in this shoe. Most athletic shoes just do not provide much selection in your double wides. A roomy toe box for toes to spread out and no rubbing on toe tops. Many thanks to New Balance and my only shoe company, ZAPPOS! The mesh is very cool and light in warm weather. Mesh is also very forgiving in bunion areas. The shoe provides good stability without forcing your feet to DO anything contrary to nature. These shoes fit to your feet and feel like your feet, only better. Good support without added weight. I got the pink and white. The mesh upper is white but the trim on top/sides is SILVER. Not too shiny or flashy and blends nicely. No boring "tennis shoe white" here. Very attractive shoe. The back is high (as many athletics are for support of ankle) so you cannot wear really low cut socks. Thanks so much to Zappos for graciously hanging in with me on my search. You guys rock and I will be back and will recommend to all!

I was looking for arch support and comfort due to severe plantar fasciitis and heel spurs. These shoes are okay. I actually put additional inserts in that help. I am getting custom orthotics soon, and the insole in this shoe is removable and will accommodate them. I have absolutely no complaints about Zappos however!!! Their service was the best of anyone I've ever ordered from. Awesome. I will order again. Thank you!

I found these shoes to be a great fit (I have wide feet). Arch support is good (I stand up all day being a Pharmacist). It's a great shoe. I get plenty of compliments on the peach colored trim.

A Great Looking Fitness Shoe -
I was told during a recent podiatrist visit that I needed to get a good shoe for my over-pronating foot. So far, I can really feel a good difference in how my foot feels when walking in this shoe. I really like the styling, too, and am very happy with how it looks. I have long feet, and found this shoe to fit true to size.

Love it!
Recently somebody told me New Balance has the greatest exercise shoes for people with or without food problems. I decide to buy it. It's really a great exercise/walking shoes. Lots of padding and room in the toe areas of the shoes.

I am in a wheelchair, due to MS. During the normal day, my feet swell a lot. I needed a tie shoe that was large enough and would stay on while I transferred from my chair to the car. I had never bought shoes from Zappos before, but I heard they were a good, reliable company. I found the shoe I needed in the size I needed. I ordered.
