I love NB shoes. These were a disappointment. After a week of wearing them, they are too loose on the top of the foot. I replaced the insoles for a better arch support. I developed foot pain with these.

My husband has worn New Balance for 15 years because he has really wide feet, but I always thought they were too ugly. However, I read a review where someone said their knee pain instantly improved when they started wearing New Balance. I have had knee pain for 6 months but it did quit almost instantly when I got these shoes! And they are not ugly! I use them for running (5ks) but mostly for cardio. I will keep using New Balance shoes from here on. I buy running shoes 1/2 size larger than my dress shoe size. These fit just fine.

They are comfortable but on the long walks you feel that there is not enough cushion. After 20 minutes of walk my feet start aching.

Good looking shoes - I really like these but I wish they had a higher arch. They look good and are pretty comfortable, though.

New Balance works for my wide foot every time!
I'm never disappointed with New Balance. The shoes are comfortable, provide good support, and the day glo melon color is fun, too.

I haven't worn my new New Balance shoes all that much yet, just in the house to make sure I really like them. I do believe they are a keeper, feel good on my feet. This is my 3rd pair of New Balance shoes and I have found my favorite. You can't go wrong with New Balance.

Fun all around shoe for those who need a nice boxy toe. Wide width accommodates orthotic. Arch support and cushioning are not great so I don't use these shoes for running. I have the silver/red/coral and the grey mesh, which doesn't show dirt – a bonus. Have had many compliments on how cute these are.

I walk about 18 miles a week (fast) for exercise and these are great shoes for this. I ordered them a full size larger than I wear casual shoes as my feet swell when exercising. I tried over 15 pairs of shoes for my hard to fit (wide with skinny ankles) foot and finally found these!!! Would recommend these and Zappos.com to anyone!! Easy returns for the 14 pairs that did not fit!!

I wear size 11.5 N, hard to find. So I look for an 11 that runs large. This shoe fit well out of the box. Had to get the B width, but the heel fits snugly. Very comfortable shoe.

I love this shoe. It's very comfortable. I like that I can get a 10.5. A lot of the stores don't carry 10.5 so I have to get an 11 and the shoe is too big. Thank you for the 10.5. My foot has room to breathe and I love the color – they match an outfit I have. This is my first time shopping with Zappos because I didn't even know about it (I saw an ad on the computer). I will be ordering with you more often.

Nice looking not so stable -
These were comfortable, and I liked the style, but I found my foot too eager to roll to the side in them. Back to Zappos. For those who don't know New Balance shoes run 1/2 size small, but I compensated for that when I purchased these and the extra 1/2 worked out perfectly.

I use this shoe to walk both outside around the neighborhood and on the treadmill every day for one half to a mile and a half each day. I did have to add a thin insole to augment the padding. The cushion left something to be desired, but is perfect now with a gel insert. I will say that I was not fond of the silver...

I am very surprised and disappointed in these shoes. I just bought them, and I will say Zappos service is absolutely wonderful. However, this shoe has a very stiff and thick seam above the toes that I can see will be a huge problem. I asked my kids who are basically experts on athletic wear and they were concerned as well. I have had extensive surgery recently in my right foot, and a comfortable fit is an absolute must. I'm not giving up on NB; but this pair is an odd one.

These have great cushioning and arch support. They have stretched out just a bit but I can tighten them with the laces. I don't love the space-age metallic silver but I do like the girly pink because that's hard to find in a 12 wide!

Great, but a tricky fit -
Okay, I normally order NB in a size larger, but this one was about a size and half larger than I wear (8.5 D) when I ordered a 9. It's a good cross trainer- it still feels a little loose through the foot, but I need to adjust the laces, which are a bit on the short side. Overall, I'm enjoying my new shoes both for workouts and everyday running around after my kids! Would recommend this and any NB any day!

Very comfortable running shoes!
I'm really pleased with these running shoes, they cushion the run really well and my feet were comfortable running in them from Day 1. These shoes are great for people with a high arch. New Balance does seem to run about a half size bigger than other brands, so keep that in mind.

The Shoe Fits!
My 14 year old daughter has a wide foot and is very particular about style and comfort. Thank goodness for New Balance and Zappos - it took us 8 different shoes - this one fits and is "cool"! She was excited to see Nike making a wide shoe - but it truly isn't Wide.

This shoe is very comfortable. I slightly suponate (underpronate); while many shoes squish my little toe; this style, however, gives all of them plenty of room. The design places the overlays on the top center of the toe box. There are no overlays or seams anywhere else on the toe box! This design reduces pressure on the toes and makes the toe box feel roomier and more flexible. The first day I wore them I walked 3 miles and ran 2 miles without any problems. Of course, as always, order your workout shoes a 1/2 size larger to allow for foot swelling. And wear thin, moisture-wicking, seamless athletic socks. On another note, these shoes are cute and stylish enough (but not too flashy) to wear with jeans.

I love this shoe. Considering that I wear such a large size, I generally have to buy men's shoes to run in but these fit well are very comfortable and the colors are very feminine which is something I've always missed in having to purchase men's shoes.
