Cute but too big -
These are very cute shoes but were too large overall (I bought a 7.5B). They also seemed as if they'd be comfortable, but I was afraid I'd have to order a couple of different sizes to get the right fit.

I love these shoes! I wanted them for capris, skirts and casual dresses and they are perfect. Contemporary, handmade look and feel. Very comfortable for all day activity. Worth the money.

Disappointed -
For the amount I paid I expected more comfort and softness. The left shoe pinches at the front. I don't wear them often because of that. Will not buy another pair.

Leather very soft and pliable. I wish there was a thicker sole for trekking around, but still looking stylish!

These look adorable, but they’re not good for folks with wider feet. Unfortunately, my toes bulged out from the sides, marring the sleek look of these awesome shoes. I had to send them back, opting for the New Queen II instead.

Best flat ever -
This is the best shoe I have ever owned. I have flat feet and have trouble finding comfortable, all day on my feet, shoes. Let me tell you how great theses shoes are...I own 6 pair! Wore these on vacation and didn't look like a tourist with the big white athletic shoes. Love Arcopedico. Wish they came in navy.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!
All I could say when I put these on my feet was, "Ahhhhhhhhhhhh"! They fit my foot like a dream. Wore them all day shopping and they felt as if I had soft slippers on. Highly recommend. This was my first order from Zappos and I will definitely return.

I like this shoe. It runs a bit large especially in the width. It feels and fits much like a slipper.

Comfortable but not clunky. I love my Arcopedico N17s! This is a new brand of shoe for me and
I will definitely buy more. They were immediately comfortable and look a whole lot nicer than my usual casual footwear. My only slight reservation is that they're probably not good for wearing for a day of lots of walking on hard pavement, as in travel, especially for the woman over 60 with weird feet. Not much padding and not much arch support. Other than that, a great pair of shoes.

This shoe is very comfortable - not much arch support, but an insert pad will do the trick if you need it. Love the colors - I ordered in green and supra.

Very comfortable -
I have wide feet and a high instep, in addition to what I guess is a bunion (!) below my left big toe, making my left foot wider. These shoes are comfortable and soft and I find that I can wear them all day without a problem. A beefier sole would offer more support, but they are nice and light which saves foot fatigue.

Not Bunion Friendly -
With a heavy heart I have to return these. I have a swollen joint at the base of my big toe (bunion?) and these cut right on it. They're true to size and width. The red isn't as brilliant a red as the picture, it looks sort of faded. I have two other style Arcopedico shoes and they work for me but, sadly, these cuties don't. I wish there was a "Bunion Friendly" section at Zappos. As usual, the service both coming and going is wonderful at Zappos and the Comfort Specialist was great. Unfortunately no one seems to address this shoe issue.

I love these shoes! Totally stylish, yet unbelievably comfortable. I first ordered the red ones and when they arrived the next day (go Zappos!), I tried them on and promptly ordered the black ones, too.

These are heavenly -
Seldom do I wear any other shoes. I have them in White, Red, Navy, Buff, & two pairs of black. They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and ZAPPOS is a number one place to do busy! Thank you ZAPPOS and ARCOPEDICO.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
