Comfy for a long day on your feet -
Had to get a 12 which is a bit big yet should be fine with tights... otherwise very comfy for on feet all day work.

I literally did not own a pair of dress casual shoes because my feet hurt so badly and I am sooo tired of clunking around in "comfy, but ugly" shoes. These actually feel good, they look good (I got a pair in the caramel color also, which looks nicer than the black), and they FIT me. They are a little wide, but the strap adjusts perfectly. Quality is good also. Don't know what I'd do without Zappos, my feet are so hard to please!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've worn so far. Because I was able to get them at such a large width, I was able to go down a half size. They look good with dress or casual pants.

Wore these to work. Was looking for a flat shoe with some support. This shoe provides more support than any other flat shoe I have tied on. It has a soft cushiony inner sole. You can feel the small heel through the shoe and it feels a little squishy/unstable when you walk. I walk a lot at work. I have narrow heel and needed a pad inside. But overall good shoe good for walking.

A little squeaky, but versatile.
I own them in black and teak and just ordered the brown. They were tight on me at first, but stretched out to the point where now they flip off my heel a little, but all shoes do that to me and the strap helps. They do tend to squeak a little which is annoying at work, but I don't notice it outside or while running errands. I can wear them with stockings or barefoot or with a footsie and they go with slacks, skirts, or casual pants - very versatile!

Nothing to complain about! Very comfortable all day. Neat, clean look. I wear with slacks for work (I walk a lot in a hospital). Nice inner arch support. No pinching anywhere.

Still breaking in - Just got these shoes yesterday. Initially felt roomy and comfortable while walking around inside, but now are a little more snug and rubbing a bit on my ankles. Still quite comfortable, though. Wide enough not to cramp my little toes, decent arch support (even for an underpronator like me), and a soft cushion insole. Not the cutest shoe, but they are better than many other comfort shoes. I blacked out the contrast stitching along the heel line and find it makes them look less matronly.

These shoes feel awesome on my feet... as long as I'm not walking. They flipped and flopped off my heels like crazy. I don't believe a size smaller or less wide would do the trick as they'd be too narrow in the toe box. IF they worked though, I would have been in heaven, so do give them a try.

So this is how comfort feels?
These shoes had no break in time; they were comfortable the first time I wore them. I have cuter shoes but now I can't bear to wear them more than a couple of hours at a time. Now I know what comfortable proper fitting shoes feel like and there is no turning back. I aim to turn my closet into a corn, blister and pinch free zone.

These shoes are perfect for my very wide feet. They do seem to be about a half size too large. I should have sent them back immediately. I would recommend these to anyone. Customer service was GREAT!

I love this shoe. I work at a job where I spend at least 6-8 hours a day walking or standing on a concrete floor, but am still required to wear slacks and dress shoes. This is the only brand that I've found where I can find comfortable, cute shoes for my large (11W) feet. I now own five different styles and each time I have found them to be true to size.

Cute and Super Comfy!
When I tried these shoes on I couldn't believe how comfortable they were! It's like having a super plush, super padded carpet beneath your feet all the time. I bought them for work to replace the pair that was making my feet stink, and now I think they're going to be perfect for my upcoming European trip as comfy walking/dress shoes. This is my first pair of Softspots, but I'll definitely shop for these in the future!

Casual or dressy and so comfortable!
These shoes are great. The leather is very soft and forms to your feet. They rubbed a bit at first, but after a couple of wears they are perfect. There is good arch support, also. I like that they look nice with jeans, capris, skirts or shorts. Perfect for work or casual. After getting the black ones, I ordered another pair in brown.

Almost perfect...
I would have loved this shoe for its comfort if only it had fit me right. I normally wear an 11W, but that size was too large on me. After reading other reviews that said this shoe ran large, I ordered the 10W. At first it seemed perfectly comfy. After a few hours, though, my feet were killing me and my toes felt scrunched up. It took a couple of days for my feet to feel okay again. I think most likely I really needed a 10.5W, and maybe this shoe was just too small for me. It does run large, but not a whole size large (at least for me). If it didn't end up too small on me, I would have loved it. I hate that I wore it for a day and am now stuck with a pair that is just too small. :-(

Really cute, but shoe seems widen at about mid foot so heel is very loose and sloppy. Had to return them ;(.

I found the width in the heel too large. When I walk the back of the shoes bows outward looking awkward. Not as comfortable as I read they were. Will not be wearing them for work. Also, hard to test wear them and then return, if you don't like them

Very cute, but didn't fit my feet -
These are absolutely adorable and fairly comfortable, too. I ordered them in narrow and had to get an 8 because they were out of the 8.5 in the color I wanted. My feet are kind funky, so I can't say that they wouldn't fit a "normal" narrow foot. My heels are very narrow and the tops of my feet across my toes are probably a size B (medium)... so these shoes actually fit across my toes just fine (even for a narrow!), but were too big in the back and my heels came up and down too much, sliding out of the shoe (except for the Mary Jane strap kept them from coming off). Also, there really isn't a lot of arch support IMO. I'm going to have to return them. Seems to be a decent shoe though.

This is a great shoe - comfort from the moment you put it on. It's been perfect for my wide, high-arched foot. It's one of the few shoes I've owned that allow me to make the mile trek to public transportation every day without pain. It also looks good on the foot and goes well with both pants and skirts.

I have lots of back and foot pain and this shoe is pretty good. Feels a little big at times even in a Narrow size so I use inserts at heels. I got a blister the first day on top of one toe and then no problem since. I can wear w/o socks comfortably and they're very cute w/ almost anything.

I've been looking for a couple pair of comfy shoes for work as well as a trip where I'm going to be doing a lot of walking. This shoe is great, even with my wide, high instep feet! Cute with work clothes and jeans. Very comfy!

Very, very comfortable. I ordered my size but would probably go a half size smaller because they were too big. They look kinda dowdy; too, so back they had to go. :(
