I bought these shoes in April and loved them, until the thong broke on one of them! To say I was disappointed is an understatement. For the price, it should never happen. I do have to say it may be a fluke since I have about 6 pairs of Pliner shoes and have never had a problem with the quality.

In typical Donald Pliner fashion, these sandals are wonderful. The fit is always consistent with no worries about ordering any of his shoes online. The design speaks for itself! Gotta love 'em!

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
