Lose fit -
The glasses are cute, but they fit really loosely. I have to push them back up my nose a lot or hold on to them to keep them from falling off completely.

I have bought 4 pairs of these sunglasses (I lost the first 2) and hope to never wear another pair. They are the best that I have found in years! I have them in black and brown and they are wonderful. I highly recommend them.

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
