Out of 4 shoes I ordered this is the one I kept on the first try (the others didn't fit right). Very comfortable insole. It is slightly wide so it slips a little.

The shoes looked really cute and comfortable but I was disappointed. When I wore it for about 2 hours I couldn't wait to get in the car so I could get out of my shoes. For a Clarks shoe I thought I was going to get VERY comfortable, well made shoes. It rubbed my feet raw by the toes and the heels. I still think it looks cute but can't imagine wearing it all day!

The shoe is very attractive and I got a lot of compliments. The only problem was the side rubbed my foot and it broke the skin. I had to take a break from the shoes. After break in time they will be great. I would definitely wear arch support inserts!

Stylish and comfortable flat.
Love these red shoes! I normally wear a 7 1/2, and I have a wide toe (C) and narrow heel (AA). I did have to exchange them for a 7. The B width was roomier, in toe width and depth, than normal B widths, which was great for me. It is difficult for me to find stylish shoes that fit. This is the first closed heel shoe I've had in a long time that fit me well. I have to wear low-heeled shoes or flats, due to knee arthritis, so I'm pleased to find these cute shoes. Excellent, fast service!!

After wearing my first pair of Clarks Bluebird, I ordered a second pair. This shoe is among the most comfortable I have ever worn and I can wear them without socks, which is a first for me. They are perfect for work or casual. I also have to give 5 stars to customer service. I usually wear a size 8 but after reading other reviews ordered a 7.5 (which fit perfectly). When I ordered my second pair I had a senior moment and ordered an 8. Called customer service and had a 7.5 within 24 hours. Amazing!!! I highly recommend this shoe (I'm thinking about ordering another pair) and Zappos!

These are really cute and I don't even like bows!! These shoes run BIG. Clarks Artisan shoes DEFINITELY run much larger than regular Clarks do. I have always worn a size 9 in regular Clarks and I needed a full size smaller in this shoe--size 8.

Loved them -
I have found these shoes very comfortable. I spent some time in Europe this summer and these shoes were among the 3 pairs I'd switch out to do touristy, walk for hours at a time activities. Sometimes they feel like I will walk right out of them, but the soles are extremely comfortable and I haven't actually walked out of them yet - which was something I was concerned about because my foot is narrow and these shoes seem a little wide. I've worn them quite a bit and not had any discomfort.

These are beauties in every color! Lots of reviews say these run a bit large. If you have narrow feet, or no foot problems that's good advice. I'm an 8. I tried on the 7 1/2 and they were nicely snug, but as a person with long term bunion problems snug is not wise. For me, the 8 was spot on. Roomy, but still wrapped the foot well. (Some heel pads solved a slight slippage problem.) I have the red and black patent, which are classy and professional. I have the silver in a slightly different style (but the same structure), and they are wedding gorgeous. I'm going for the pink!

My favorite - I have two pairs of these in black patent because I am afraid Clarks will run out of them. I love the style and comfort. I wear them to work, with jeans, with skirts and dresses. They're flat so they don’t hurt my feet. I wear them practically everyday now I have tan lines across my feet.

I have two pair of these...very comfortable. Soft and stylish...They are, however, cut a bit wide even for medium widths.

Great! Very nice shoe, very comfortable, looks great in the metallic color and it goes with everything. Not a lot of support though.

Truly the most comfortable and classiest pair of flats I own. I ordered them in two colors, and I’m so glad! They do feel a tad big, length-wise, but I'm keeping them because they are just so comfortable. I get many comments on these shoes. They just LOOK expensive!

Love them!
I've gotten so many compliments on these shoes! The footbed is cushioned, so once I stopped getting blisters (they were narrow at the ankle before I broke them in) they are really comfortable. And they look fabulous.

These are a great-looking shoe! I love the color. They go with everything. They are nice enough to dress up capris or jeans, but not so dressy to be impractical. They will also look cute with skirts. I wear an 11, and have a hard time finding a shoe that's a good fit. I did have to put a heel cushion in the back because they were slipping, but once I did that, they felt great.

Very cute but very little support -
Very cute shoes. They are a little big, bigger that most Clarks run. Also, they have no support at all inside. They are cushiony but that is it. I am going to get some heel inserts so they will fit me better. They are cute enough to keep, though.

Cute, but needs lots of adjustments!
I got this in pink patent. It is absolutely CUTE, but ill-fitting. Very wide in the heel. I purchased some heel gripper adhesive inserts, which helped, but one heel has a blister from it. If I hadn't worn them outdoors, probably would return them. Now I'm determined to "break them in".

This is my first pair of ballet type flats. I love these shoes. They are so comfortable and cushiony. I wear them with jeans, capris, and my work trousers. Order them at least a 1/2 size smaller.

I have small feet, a size 5 and was fortunate to came upon this classy looking flats that I can stand in all day doing tradeshows. I opened the box and tried them on, they were very classy looking and felt very comfortable, however it was about one size larger than my size 5 and the width was wider than anticipated, and unfortunately they don't a smaller size. I will be exchanging these and try the Clarks "Greendale".

Love them! Comfy, versatile, chic in black patent leather. Good arch support. Only the inner sole takes some adjusting -- they cut the lining w/ pinking shearers which leaves sharp triangular edges.

Super cute shoes!
I purchased these shoes in red and black patent leather. They are both very very cute. I did make the mistake of trying to wear them for an entire day and I did get a blister on one foot. I think they just rub my one foot in a weird place because the other foot was fine! I really like them though and I think I just need to break them in a little more before trying to wear them for a full day again.

Very cute and comfortable. I have been looking for a flat that was the perfect "red" (not too bright or obnoxious, but also not a deep red either) and also comfortable and these work great. I did order a half size down, and that worked (surprisingly) for me. These shoes are versatile, adorable, and comfy- perfect. I have a long and narrow foot, and while the shoe seems to fit my foot well, I don't think the fit is quite as good as Clarks "Demure" flat (another very cute shoe). I am looking forward to wearing this shoe with several different pieces.
