Awesome shoe!
This is a truly beautiful shoe! It is dainty-looking but is actually very sturdy, well-made and comfortable. Goes well with jeans and a t-shirt or dressier outfits. If you're able to, I would recommend ordering your usual size and the next size smaller, as these seem to run a little big. I only ordered my usual size (6.5), but my foot slips out a little so I'm now ordering a 6 to compare. Definitely give these shoes a chance!

Great shoe! Rubs a bit on my heels though, so I will have to wear it with stockings. Hardly any arch support, but that's no surprise with Clarks. I got the red which has kind of a gold sparkly quality to it--very pretty!

Soft as slippers, very attractive shoe -
I bought a medium width, even though I have a wider foot. But Clarks run a little wide, so they are fine. Broke 'em in and they are very comfortable. I bought the teal and they are perfect with denim, too cute! Perfect for my cruise as they have non-slip soles.

Love them!
These shoes are so cute and comfortable. They are true to size and feel great even after a full day of teaching. I liked them so much; I got them in another color.

These are nice and soft on the footbed and the upper, and are wide enough to not dig into the sides of your feet. I bought the red and have had nothing but compliments - someone asked me if they were Chanel!

I purchased these shoes in three colors. They are bigger than sized. Even still, the shoe is very comfortable and it has a cushioned insole. The colors are great and I received a lot of compliments on the sea green color.

Very pretty -
Very pretty shoe that I plan to wear. The only problem is the inside. Clarks put a zig-zag insole or it's zig-zagged around the edges. I have very sensitive feet, so I had to put a Dr. Scholl's pad in. Now, it's perfect!

Walk in comfort!
No breaking in necessary with these shoes. It fits perfectly, and the first time I wore them, I thought I better get more of these shoes before they run out of my size. It feels like I am walking on pillows. And Zappos delivery was so fast.

Perfect, lady-like shoe that was comfortable right out of the box. I bought the taupe which is a great neutral color. (I wish it came in bone as well) I wasn't sure I was going to like the perforation design as shown in the photos, but it turned out to be more subtle in person. Very flattering lines - made my size 11's look almost dainty! Thank you Zappos!

Clarks "Hering," red -
Again, "Grab these!" Clarks fine all-'round support is very present, never mind the punchouts (which had led me to wonder); especially good arch support. Safe soles, uppers' leather looks more expensive than are the shoes, small round heel nicely different. That the right one slips off my heel must be a fault in my foot, for Lakeville does the same; time to try out my Zappos' 'heavenly heelz' and hope to stop walking-out-of.
In reality, Herring is more interesting than the photo leads one to expect, and I can't say why. It simply IS. Color is true red, absent-blue-tones, as I'd hoped, so it works with more colors than you'd dream. Solid construction typical of Clarks'.
Of Zappos', I repeat myself so often...to say I've bought no shoe anywhere else since I 'happened onto' Zappos by accident, never dreaming one might happily buy shoes online, says it best. Free shipping, no tax, easy returns, luxury of trying shoes out seemingly forever; reviews highly valuable; and when I think you can do no more for us, you surprise me yet again. You've the best-informed, most willing to go beyond duty people one can find, and it's clear from their voices, their attitudes that they love their work. How you do it I cannot imagine, but it's obvious you hand-pick your people.
And now you've added other items. Please, never change.

Increasingly, I have difficulty finding flats that are wide enough at the top and not too wide at the heel. These work and are attractive too.

One of Clarks best new styles -
Saw this shoe in a magazine ad and knowing Clarks figured it had to be very comfortable. Couldn't wait to get it and none of our local stores carried it. Zappos had it and I had it the next day. The shoe is totally awesome, almost all leather, (the sole isn't). It's more comfortable than wearing slippers. The workmanship is tops.

Wonderful shoe -
This is a great shoe. I usually overlook Clarks as being too clunky; however, this shoe is soft and feminine. No break in required so it was wonderful. And of course wonderful Zappos service. I wonder if they could send the return label in the shipping box. Some companies do this and it makes it very easy to return items.

Cute and Comfy what a deal!
I love these shoes, I bought them in the gold and I could not resist getting them in Black too! I love them they are great for my feet. I have issues with sweating and because there are holes on the side my feet breathe so I don't sweat anymore. I wear them at work and on the week ends. I actually saw a similar pair in In Style Magazine. I feel so trendy when I wear them.

Nice, light, and comfortable shoe. Did not require any break in. Am used to a higher heel, but this was no problem adjusting to.

CLARKS BRONZE HERRING 87218 -
I am extremely happy with this shoe. The bronze works well with many outfits and this is the first flat I've ever owned that actually provided excellent arch support for all-day comfort. My foot is wide and widest at the toes and right out of the box, this shoe was totally comfortable. From my experience with Clarks, their shoes are more roomy than many other brands.

The shoe is very soft which really helps the comfort level. The problem is the bow. One of mine won't lie down flat, so it looks "off". Still, it's a really cute shoe and should look great with skirts.

 |  | I appreciate your expediting my order. Next day delivery has been a great service/benefit of ordering from Zappos. In fact, Zappos has not always been my least expensive option, but it was Zappos overnight shipping that would be the determining factor.
I live in a small town, which is about an hour from any decent shopping areas. Therefore, I don't go shopping very often because it can be an all-day ordeal. It is really great to shop Zappos at 7a.m. or 10p.m., order shoes and get them within a day (depending on the time of my order, of course). With gas prices getting higher and higher, Zappos is even a better bargain for me.
I hope that you will bring back overnight shipping. I have told so many people about your site (who are now Zappos customers!), and they all love getting their shoes the next day. I can't stress enough what a GREAT benefit it is to have next day delivery!!!
