Good looking shoes -
After I read all reviews, I have decided to buy these shoes. I usually don't wear flats, but I really wanted a good pair of nice looking and comfortable flats. I loved how they look, but I didn't find them as comfortable as everyone else says. I had to return them. They were hard on my ankle and when I walked, I could feel them rubbing too hard. Maybe I should have given them a chance because it is leather and usually the leather stretches, but I was afraid I won't like them and as I said before, flats are my second choice. Overall, good looking shoes and Zappos is great as usual.

The dark red shoes were darker almost brown when I got them. They were comfortable but I did have arch supports.

Perfect little black flat!
I LOVE this shoe! It is the perfect little black flat that has it all. First off, it is the most comfortable flat I have tried in a long time. The rubberized flexible sole is the key, the shoe moves with you instead of feeling like a slab of wood strapped to your feet like hard soled flats. The padded insole is super soft and comfy. The look is adorable and has the perfect rounded toe shape for a ballet flat. It looks so sleek and chic which is hard to accomplish in a comfortable shoe. I have the black ones, which I think are the best looking due to the fact that the ribbon trim doesn't pop out as much as it does in the other colors. It is well-made and the leather is soft. The small half inch heel is just the support you need to make this ballet flat feel like a real shoe and not a wimpy slipper. The sizing was great for me... I am usually between a 6.5 and a 7 and I went with the 7 which is what I normally do in flats to allow room for a thin trouser sock or tights. The width was perfect for me and I have feet that run on the wide side in the toe box area and then are a little narrow in the heel. My heel does not slip out and my toe box is quite comfy. I highly recommend it!

Bought these in navy blue and I love them. These shoes are very comfortable yet cute and go well with many outfits. I usually wear between an 8 and 8 1/2 and the 8s fit great.

Barefoot in the grass -
These shoes are very comfortable. Wore them to a garden wedding and it was like walking barefoot. Nice dressy look for those unable to wear high heels.

Cute and surprisingly comfy!
This is a good option for those of us who want to wear the popular ballet flat seen on so many feet these days. They have a lot more support than you usually get from what's available which makes them worth the price to me. No real arch support, but you can fit some arch inserts in them just fine.

Leather did not wear well - I have had these shoes since April and have worn them 2-3x a week. The leather has not held up very well, and I have to put a lot of care into maintaining them. They are comfortable and pretty cute, but I have not been happy with the appearance of the leather.

I LOVE this shoe, it's just darling on, but make sure you break it in first. I got blisters several times, before they were really comfy.

Needed flat shoes for family occasion -
I recently had surgery and am unable to wear high heels. Most flat shoes are not attractive and not very comfortable. I needed to attend a family affair and needed flat shoes, due to my surgery I wasn't sure where to find a pair, so I looked on line under Zappos and I remembered I once had a pair of walking shoes by Clarks and they were very comfortable. So I looked up Clarks so this style liked it and ordered them. I must say the style is cute and the shoes very comfortable, I was very happy with my selection.

Great shoe -
I love Clarks shoes in general, especially the artisan collection. This is a gorgeous deep navy patent and just as comfortable as my favorite Clarks shoe: Privo Oso. True to size, and though the insole isn't padded, it is very comfortable for working on my feet for 8 to 10 hours.

Very cute, short break-in period -
When I first put them on, I was a tad disappointed. They weren't quite as comfy as you would expect from Clarks. Although, they still are much more comfy than any of my other flats. After wearing them for a day or two, however, they are perfectly comfortable. I walk a lot at my job and need something professional but comfortable and these are perfect.

Love them!
I have these in red patent - which is more of a ruby or wine color. I'd say they run a half size too large. I usually wear 9, but got these in an 8.5. They were slightly snug, but stretch after one or two wearings.
I have wide feet at the front and narrow heels and these have been great for me - I just added some heel grips in the back. They are so comfy and padded, I feel like I am wearing slippers but they are still chic and cute and young.
Normally I wear orthotics, but the arch support was enough in these that I don't need them - well, they wouldn't fit anyway but... In any case, these are super cute.

The best navy patent flat EVER!
These shoes are just what I have been searching the stores for - I love them. They were comfortable from the minute I put them on. In fact, I am here to order another pair in the red. Love them! I have wide feet with high arches and they are perfect for me.

Finally--a navy shoe!!
I have been looking high and low for a pair of navy flats in the stores, but to no avail. I found here, not only a navy flat, but it was in patent! I am wearing it as I am writing this, and my feet feel very good!! The shoe is pretty and comfy as well. I love the customer service people--they are super, and getting shoes the next day is awesome! I would recommend this shoe to anybody who doesn't wear heels anymore but still likes to look put together for work. Thanks, Zappos!!!!

I needed a simple flat black shoe, since I can no longer wears heels due to back problems. I ordered this shoe yesterday afternoon and at 9:45 am the NEXT day, the shoe arrived! Feel like slippers!
I liked what I was hearing from the other reviews, so I ordered the patent leather black in size 7. (I’ve always wanted ballet flats, but they always seemed so flimsy & expensive (!) and just not worth it.) They were too small & pinched - even though I always have great luck with size 7 Clarks shoes. I returned that pair & got the black leather in 7: perfect! After years of wearing heels, I’ve subsequently developed permanent corns on each of my little toes due to excessive rubbing & blisters as a result of daily walking back and forth from one end of my huge office building to the other. Now that I’ve started wearing more pantsuits (vice jacket & skirt suits), I’m gravitating towards ditching my heels in favor of flats. Long story short: these are very comfortable flats that require no break-in time, even though they feel like slippers. They do have more shape/substance to them than other ballet flats I’ve seen. and here's my shout-out to Zappos! When I ordered the 2nd pair, I was informed they would be delivered in 4-5 working days. Well, the very next day when I came home from work, the familiar Zappos box was sitting & waiting for me on my doorstep. I love Clarks AND Zappos!

Great for work -
I bought these to wear at the office because heels are just too much after a long day. These are cute enough to be formal at work without killing my feet. I've worn many pairs of ballet flats and they usually feel like walking barefoot with no support, but these are cushioning and feel good. I'll also be wearing them out with skinny jeans or with skirts and dresses, they go with so many outfits. I may buy all the other colors, too.
