I want you to know that Zappos has the BEST customer service that I have ever seen or heard in my life. I always thought a certain high end department store had the best customer service and no one could top them. Well, guess what? Not anymore. Zappos is #1 all the way. And just to let you know, I can be somewhat of a picky customer. So I just want to thank you for the GREAT customer service.
