Awfully cute, but awfully uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to finding a shoe that’s stylish and comfy enough to trot around NYC, but these rubbed the back of my heels so hard. I had to put moleskin AND a bandaid just to be able to walk. Even still, I felt the rubbing! Not a happy camper. The only solution would be to wear it with thick socks (I wore ‘em with knee highs), but how dumb would THAT look? Wish I could send em back... Usually Aerosoles is the perfect fit for me. These missed the mark.

These shoes hurt my feet right out of the box -
They are so cute on but the criss-cross portion immediately started rubbing and they are very hard on the ball of your foot when you start walking. They also have zero arch support. Too bad... they were really attractive when I put them on.

 |  | I was so excited about the UGG boots I bought, but they didn't fit right, so had to return them. The entire process from beginning to end was exceptional, and the customer service agent was AWESOME! Thank you so much, I guess good customer service DOES still exist. Too bad other companies can't take a page from Zappos book! Thanks, you've acquired another life-long customer!
