Love my jeans -
These jeans were out of stock at my local department store so I checked Zappos. These fit really well and look cute. They shrunk just a tad bit in the waist area after I washed them. A must have this past season.

Needs some alterations for me, but cute for someone taller -
These trouser jeans are very comfortable and fit great in the tush, but the waist is super wide (have to get that taken in). The rise is also lower than I expected, but OK. They are quite long which is good for tall women, but as I am 5'2" I will have to have probably 2-3 inches taken off at the hem. I expected to need them taken up but I was surprised at how much they needed to be hemmed.
Overall, I think they are adorable. I am used to having pants altered so just be aware of that.

 |  | I don't see another place to submit a testimonial, and this is long overdue... I love shoes (like many) and they are a sort of trademark of my wardrobe. However, I work full time and have limited time to shop. I first used Zappos about 2 years ago to buy bridesmaid shoes. Since then I have used Zappos like it is crazy. More importantly, I used Zappos to pick out my wedding shoes. It was a running joke where I work (where I have my shoes shipped) that I could run a shoe store out of my office. I think at one time I had 20 possible pair in my office, and I took 5 pair of shoes to my final fitting. My mom got her shoes for the mother of the bride dress too. It was a lifesaver! Since then, I have used Zappos to keep my shoe selection current with ease. I love the service, selection, and flexibility you provide. It is a great company with great service. Zappos truly makes it easy for the working woman who has limited time to shop to still be fashionable.
