Wow, we love Zappos! We live in rural Iowa, and the closest city is over 30 miles away. Our son wanted black and white wing tips for the Homecoming dance and we simply did not have time to go shopping. Besides, it is hard to find size 13 shoes in stores. We got on Zappos and found the Giorgio Brutinis and our son liked them. We were in a time crunch, but Zappos got them there way before the day of the dance! The shoes were very nice quality and fit well! He looked great! Thank you! A continued satisfied customer!

These shoes are great! I have them in the black/white and brown/white color combos. They are quite the eye catcher! I always get positive comments when I were them. They are very comfortable and true to size. The actual grip on bottom means no sliding around and all day comfort. They are an excellent choice for the fashionable man who can pull them off!

I bought these shoes as part of my Jim Carey \'The Mask\' costume. I have had a hard time finding the bright canary yellow Zoot suit to complete the outfit before Halloween, but I wore the shoes with a black suit to a wedding recently, and they worked pretty good with black pants, white shirt, and black vest. Great purchase. Go get yours!

These shoes are exactly was I was looking for, the price is excellent and service was just perfect. Once the shoes arrived, I was very pleased they looked even better than the picture. Would recommend them!

Zappos is the real deal, the customer service is off the hook! I placed an order on Wednesday and received it by Thursday, no bull & the agent that helped me was the best! Kudos to Zappos!

Even though I had seen your TV commercial, I did not connect with shoes. I was surfing the net checking out websites and happened upon Zappos while checking out the many different shoe sites. Zappos stocked a shoe that I've been looking for several years now since our first purchase back in 2003. It's a shoe style that our Bluegrass Band wears to parallel the old style music we play. The Black & White Wing Tip Giorgio Brutini 66000 is a very close match & is approximately the same price we paid back in 2003! The exact match for our original purchase (STACY-ADAMS shoe) is the Johnston-Murphy Waverly B&W. It is a beautiful, luxurious, well-made, elegant shoe, but the price is a little bit prohibitive for our six piece group. We can 'out-fit' our members for about 1/3 the price with the Giorgio Brutini. And the free shipping is a 'wonderful' plus for anyone shopping for shoes. The icing on the cake: one of the guys said his pair of G/B was a bit too big. Zappos very politely and professionally said, "No problem! If they haven't been worn or scuffed on the bottom, you can return them no charge and no shipping charge!" We exchanged them for a different size and they shipped no charge and no shipping charge! How great is that?! I am so happy that Zappos found me! I will be a regular customer!

You get what you pay for...
I have no complaints at all about this shoe. For the price, I did not expect too much. The shoe is decent quality and gives the exact impression I expected from the price and the photo shown. I am wearing the shoe for a one day event, my wedding, and possibly a few events here and there… if they make it through. Definitely not an everyday shoe... but perfect in style and price for special event or outfit.

Great looking shoe -
When I received my shoes I was quite impressed. I've only been walking around in the house with them on however. I will venture outside in them in the near future. They seem to be a warm weather climate shoe, so I'll wait another month or so before they get the true test. I've purchase several pairs of shoes from you before and so far I've only had to return one pair. The fit of the shoe seems to be true to its' width and size. I recommend these shoes to anyone that like to be just a cut above the average.

 |  | This is a note to inform you how wonderful your staff is. We buy from other companies and they might have one or two exceptional people to talk to. The staff of your company is all exceptional and a real pleasure to speak and deal with. They are very patient and understanding since I am a little hard of hearing, especially on the phone and even though they might have to repeat a few times, they never sound as though they wish I got off the phone. If I had to rate them 1-10, with 10 being the best, I would rate them with a 20. I don't know what else to say except to say keep every one of them on your payroll.
