Disappointed -
I really like the looks of these flip-flops, but the sole and straps are very rough. The strap also does not fit my foot tight enough, so the sole flops from side to side. I like the arch support, but because the sole flops around so much, my arch only connects with it about 25% of the time.

Not that comfortable -
The string which goes between the toes is quite rough and rubs the skin after a while (especially with lots of walking). Other than that it's fine.

Zappos... you guys are great. The Teva Bowen is a nice departure from the typical flip-flop. It is a little dressier and has beautiful details. It runs a little wide (I have very narrow feet) and it is a little heavier than their other flip-flops.

Very cute. Made well. Runs a whole size to large. Order sz down. Good arch support!

 |  | Kudos! I ordered my New Balance shoes and when they arrived (right away, I might add) I found they were too big. When I called the Zappos customer service line, I was immediately issued the new pair, which arrived AGAIN within two days! That was before I had the chance to even get the first pair in the return post. That's the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you Zappos. You have made a permanent customer out of me!
