These shoes are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn, plus they can be worn for the holidays or for casual. I am so pleased not only with the shoes, but the service of Zappos. The 1st pair I ordered was a little too big, the employee that helped me was very professional and friendly. She sent me a corrected pair and pick up at no charge. What is better than that!? Thanks Zappos!

I bought these shoes to match an outfit for a wedding. I never wear heels so I was a little hesitant ordering these. They were absolutely comfortable and looked very stylish. I had no problem walking in them and they were comfortable for the entire evening. I would highly recommend these to anyone.

This shoe is super comfortable for being a heel, it is very cushy under the ball of your foot. I normally do not like platforms, but this is a small one and actually looks okay. The part I do not like is the way the open toe is cut. It is cut in a very severe V shape and just looks strange in person. At least it looks strange on the black lace ones. I returned those and am trying the black leather to see if there is a difference, because these are probably the most comfortable heels I have ever put on in my entire life. I hate heels so much that I wore sneakers under my wedding gown, but I need pretty shoes to go with a little black dress at a cocktail party.

Bought these in black suede size 8.5W. Not as comfy as a similar style by Truflex but better than the 8.5W patent leather by Ros Hommerson. They accommodate and disguise a bunion but a stitched seam on a poorly located pad in the inner sole is uncomfortable. Evening wear only, I wouldn\'t wear them all day. Toes tend to slide forward, if they enlarged the pad and moved the seam forward they\'d be onto a winner.

Pretty shoe AND comfortable enough to wear for a long period. The heel height is perfect--about 3 inches but the slight platform keeps my foot balanced. Able to walk! The \'lace\' is attractive and because it is NOT satin (though looks like cloth) will wear well.

I am surprised to hear what lovely reviews this shoe is getting I tried it on around my house and the back strap is too low and keeps falling down. Were they comfy? Yes, until the strap fell down and the shoes slipped off my foot. I love them and am still thinking of keeping them to wear when I am sitting down. Oh well...

I'm a little disappointed that after buying the WW they are still a little snug; I have a fat little foot. I do think they will fit fine after I break them in. I haven't worn them for the intended occasion, but I have worn them for a few hours around the house and they seem very comfortable. I would recommend them to a friend.

I normally wear shoes with a low heel or a flat. I needed something for my 20th class reunion. I LOVE these shoes! They are so comfortable! I first ordered them in the brown. I have now also ordered them in black. I should mention that I have a very wide foot and these are great!

I read so many positive reviews of this shoe that I decided to get both the tribal design and the black suede for my 6.5WW flat feet. Needless to say, breaking in shoes is a very painful business for someone with my feet. I am happy to say that they run true-to-size and feel very comfortable. They look great, and they make my legs look longer than they are! I only have positive things to say about Zappos for both its incredible fast service and for stocking WW for difficult feet like mine. Thank you!

Love these shoes, total comfort hard for me to find, wear EE Wide. Just wish they had them in plain Red; don't like the looks of the snake skin ones.

I got the brown croc. Georgous Shoe. I\'ve never worn a heel and I\'m 42 years old. I wore this shoe to church and out to dinner. Lovely. I don\'t think I could dance much in them or walk through the mall, but I looked good in them. I\'m usually wearing very comfortable shoes like birks or naots, so this was really a change for me. Would I buy them again? Yes I would. Will I wear them for lots of walking, no I won\'t but that\'s not why I bought them. I have wide feet and I got the wide. I wear a 8 1\'2 or 9 and I bought a 8 1/2. The 9 was too long. A little squishes in the toe area but not bad.

These shoes are the greatest! They are completely comfortable and very very cute. They are so fun to wear; people always say they like them and I liked them so much I ordered another pair in black suede, and I love those, too. Really! These are super comfortable. I am new at wearing heels and these convinced me I could do it! They are fabo!

These shoes are so cute, and pretty comfortable for the heel height. My feet are so small that when you put a 3" heel on the short length, it feels very high. The platform on these helps. I can't run in them (like actresses in movies do), but can walk a moderate length of time. They are good for when you need to be dressed up but will not be walking or standing all the time. I love Bella Vita and Zappos.

I have a narrow foot and often "narrow" shoes are too wide for me. I ordered the AA and and am very pleased with the fit. I vary between sizes and I ordered down on this shoe. The red croco has orange tones. I normally wear higher heels and this one is very sensible, stable and comfortable. The only flaw is that the toe cut out rubs against my big toe.

This is my first purchase of the Bella-Vita brand. I was pleasantly surprised! The shoes are very comfortable and feel true to size/width. I would recommend this shoe and am personally thinking of buying it in additional colors.

Let's get things out in the open now, I must have the world's worst feet! However, these shoes make me feel fashionable again. They go great with jeans or a business suit. The only minor problem: I do feel is some stitching in the ball of the shoe. Other than that, they feel comfortable for several hours.

I love these shoes. I have a wide foot and have a hard time finding something that is wide and stylish. I find that they are comfortable as well. I have received many compliments on these shoes.

I love these shoes! I have wide feet, and finding comfortable, attractive styles in department stores is next to impossible. I have the pair in red embossed croc leather. I have become a Zappo\'s convert!

This shoe is incredibly comfortable and very sharp looking. I wasn't sure of width so I got B and W width, and I ended up returning the W. I got them for work and admit haven't worn them out yet, but very comfortable. I walk a lot at work, probably at least half a mile a day and I know I'll be fine. I got the brown black mix color and it's very nice. I plan to wear with jeans as well. Great shoe. And of course, awesome, consistent service from Zappos. This is I think maybe like the 5th shoe I bought from Zappos. I have loved each one!

Cute shoe for the wide-footed. I felt it was a little narrow towards the toes, even with a EE. I probably should have gone up a half size, but overall I am happy with these shoes.

The best Shoe ever -
I love these shoes so much so that I am shopping to purchase more just in case the ones I have wear out. Don't be afraid of the 3" heel... it really doesn't feel like it... more like 2.5. I shop, walk, work, play, and party in these shoes and I have fickle/sensitive size 11 feet. These are a must have.

Based on the reviews I read before buying the shoes, I bought the wide shoe at half a size smaller. I love these shoes. They look amazing! AND they feel amazing. I have worn these shoes for hours & I still feel great. I am very picky about the fit of my shoes.

These shoes are true to size and fit quite well. They are good quality shoes and are a really good price through Zappos. I own two pairs in different colors. They are equivalent to a much more expensive shoe.

These shoes were true to size and absolutely adorable in the Tortoise. I don't usually were a higher heel, but I loved the look and ordered them anyway. They are very comfortable, even with a higher heel, and the tortoise coloring will go well with multiple outfits.

So beautiful, but so narrow! Not for wider feet.
I just love this shoe, but can't tolerate the tight toe box. What a shame. They are so cute! Make sure you get one size wider than normal.

 |  | I am a F.T. bar tender and am on my feet all night standing, walking and sometimes running! I work hard! I have had the same work shoes that I LOVE for about 10 years! I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets! Your staff was SO kind and helpful over the phone and the promptness of delivery was amazing! Thank you so much!
