This shoe is amaziningly comfortable and yet looks quite formal. It has a nice arch support. I had to re-order the wide shoe as the normal width shoe was rather narrow and I don\'t even have wide feet. So just keep that in mind.

These are a very comfortable shoe with typical Timberland quality. They have leather, stitching and assembly. A great pair of knock around shoes.

My boyfriend asked for these shoes for his birthday. He wore them for an entire day right away, no break in. They are nice looking casual shoes.

Bought these for my picky son, he found them very comfortable. They work with jeans and khakis, but aren't exactly dress shoes. They show dirt pretty quickly, but it is all a part of the look I guess. They take a beating and hold up well in terms of workmanship. Overall, a good purchase.

Very comfortable pair of shoes. Ready and easy to wear right out of the box; sized accurately. I'm wearing them for casual travel. Particularly for negotiating airports and light walking. They are not terribly supportive and not dressy enough for wear with jacket and tie. Go for several of the Ecco dress slip-ons for those situations. In general, these Timberlands are about what I expected.

My husband loves these shoes. He has very picky feet and hates laces, so it was difficult finding something that was comfortable and a slip-on. Timberlands always fit the bill. He can wear these straight out of the box and walk for hours. They're also great for trips because he can wear them for site-seeing, dust them off, and wear them with a suit.

I bought these based on a friend's recommendation. They fit great, exact sizing. Very lightweight, and look fantastic. I am very happy with these. In fact, after one day wearing them, I ordered another pair in black.

Finally a comfortable slip on that fits - but smells...
I am a size 12 or 13 depending on the mfg. These Timberlands are a true 13 and fit well. Very comfortable, looks are ok, wanted something plain and simple, not a big fan of the black nylon stretch piece but your pants cover it. The one down side these shoes SMELL. Seriously, I think it's because they are "green" from recycled material, but they give of more than a little new shoe mixed with something unpleasant odor. It's been 3 weeks they still smell although it has mostly subsided. When new and in a confined space - car etc. be prepared you and others will notice.

Timerland King's Bay shoes review -
Zappos was the only place I could find these shoes. These shoes are one of the only types I can comfortably wear b/c of a spinal condition I have which left my feet partly numb.

Best Shoe Ever!
I bought this pair for my son, who wears a 14, EE sized shoe. He has a hard time finding a comfortable shoe that fit his feet correctly. This shoe looked good on his feet and he said they are the most comfortable shoes he's had in a long time.

i love Timberlands and this shoe proves no exception. the tread is very good, provides good traction and the shoe is extremely comfortable. i bought two pair, one in black, on a whim and was pleasantly surprised.

Kings Bay by Timberland -
Nice shoe in a wide width, sole is a little stiff at first, "clunks" on tile as you walk. Also, the lining of the shoe tends to grab your sock as you slide your foot in. Do like the looks and comfort of the shoe though, have had to go through 8-10 different shoes to find one that fits well out of the box. Thank God for free return shipping!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Skechers has a couple really nice slip ons in wide widths, I am wearing a pair of Rockport Jafarus that are superb.

Trying a different size -
I liked the looks and it felt decent, but the shoe was just way too small. I ordered a 12 and normally wear an 11.5. I'll try the 13s and see what transpires. Hard to truly rate the shoe when I had it on for all of 30 seconds.
