This bag is amazing. It doesn't look too exciting on the site, but in person it has a lot of cool, handy features. I carry lots of catalogs, a laptop, water bottle and organize my mp3, berry and writing utensils. And when it all gets too heavy, I can quickly turn my bag into a backpack. Love it!

The perfect bag!
I've finally found the perfect bag! What more could you ask for when a bag can serve as a backpack, an over-the-shoulder tote, or a hand-held tote all in one package?

Great bag for traveling -
I'd been looking for a combination bag-knapsack that 1) was black and durable 2) had padding for my laptop 3) was lightweight 4) was roomy enough to hold a modest change of clothing (for when your flight home from a business meeting gets cancelled.) This is it. Has great pockets, and the zipper works well (something you should always check when buying a bag.) Also converts from a knapsack to a strap bag. Highly recommended!

Tote & Backpack - The Best of Both Worlds -
This is the kind of bag I've been looking for. It's large but not bulky. It's attractive looking no matter what you're wearing. The snaps over the top and on the side prevent it from having that "too filled" backpack look. The inside pockets are great for organization. I don't know if it will hold a large laptop, but the inside pockets keep everything else organized. There's room to spare for a lunch or sweater. And the large outside zippered pockets keep things safe and readily available. The conversion from tote to backpack is easy and the straps are comfortable. I bought two! I may not find another bag like this again.

Love this bag, but...
This was a great looking bag. I would have loved to keep it, but my computer didn't fit in the padded sleeve. Zappos should have put the dimensions of the sleeve in the description. It is smaller than the outside dimensions.

 |  | You guys are the best!!! I'm purchasing these boots for my niece's birthday and bringing them when I visit her at college next week. I could have gotten the boots elsewhere, but I knew positively I was going to get them from Zappos because of the great experiences I've had with you in the past. I knew if the size wasn't just right or she wanted a different color it would be a breeze to make the exchange.
