Cute, and almost practical. I was looking for a bag that could double as a makeup bag and a clutch, and was still funky and fun. This bag is very nearly perfect – great size, super cute, lovely leather – except for one minor flaw. It would be so much better if it had a longer zipper pull or something that could loop around your wrist.

 |  | In this world wherein everyone is quick to complain, I just wanted to drop you a note and compliment you on your OUTSTANDING service. I placed my order after 6:00PM on a Thursday, and, much to my delight, the shoes were in my hands by 1:00PM on Friday... Kudos to you and your fulfillment system!!!! If only the rest of the world operated as efficiently as you appear to, this would be a much nicer world!
