So happy they fit my calves!!!
These are cute black leather boots! They're pretty comfortable for high heeled boots, nice leather. A little short however, they don't come up to my knees (I'm 5' 5") and a little big in the ankles, but they look great! I usually wear an 8-8.5 in dress shoes and ordered a 9, which fits perfectly!

Brilliant Boot!
Not only did Zappos teach me how to fit a boot but they also carry a brand that takes care of us in circumference! Same as others I never could find a boot that fit well. I finally found my brand, hence the name! Usually wear 8.5 in shoe and 9 in boot. Got the 9.5 and it was a perfect match for me. Now will buy the brown one as well. Great price for the style and fit. Plan to keep these for years to come.

Attractive Boot -
I originally bought a 9, but had to exchange it for a 9.5. It is a very attractive boot and actually quite comfortable in spite of the high heel. The service I received was phenomenal. I returned the 9 online, purchased the 9.5 and it arrived in 2 days...all before Christmas. Upon receipt of the 2nd pair, I called and told the CSR what a great job Zappos is doing. It’s easy to complain, but we often forget to show appreciation when service is great.

Runs small in the foot -
These are gorgeous shoes that fit my 16" calves! I really love the pointy toe and the heel height is very comfortable! The best thing I love is that it doesn't scrunch at the ankles- my problem is that I have wide calves but regular ankles! The foot part does seem to run small though. I have a slightly wide foot and wear 9-9.5 and ordered the 9.5 which is a tad bit small. I am keeping it bc I will be wearing thin socks and know the leather will stretch out. The only real complaint I have is that the zipper pulls are large (which is easy to put the boot on and take off)and they clang when I walk. I've resorted to slipping the top of the metal pulls into the top of the boot (yes they are long enough to do that!). The gel pads aren't as lumpy as other Fitzwell boots I've tried. I am contemplating on getting the black pair!

Fantastic boot!
The Fitzwell's Jigsaw is awesome and sexy. I was a bit nervous because my calves are thick and I have many problems finding suitable boots. These boots are stylish, sexy and HOT. And they have a bit of room up top so they're not hugging your calves. I love them!

Stunning, but serious quality problems -
I bought this boot in camel leather and it is gorgeous! Completely stunning. Strangers stopped me to tell me how fabulous they are.
Unfortunately, unless I got a defective pair, it is not very well made. On first wearing the rubber came off the bottom of the left heel, and the leather doesn't even bother to scuff if something brushes against it, it just tears, flakes off, and leaves an ugly bald spot. The zipper fob is also huge and catches on everything (don't cross your legs unless you are tired of the tights you're wearing).
If you're able to dedicate the time and concentration to making sure they don't get scuffed, and able to resist the urge to cross your legs, then get ready to wow people with your foxy new boots.

Finally A boot for my calves -
I have been looking everywhere for a boot that would fit over my large calves and these fit the bill. I am definitely going to order other colors and style by this manufacturer. I did think these boot size was much smaller I normally where a 9.5 and the shoe part of the boot was so tight I ordered an 11 they fit perfectly.

IN LOVE!!!
These boots are AMAZING! I have unusually larger calves, about 16" circ. I'd say and I have gone to tons of stores and have walked out disappointed/embarrassed when the boot zips up half way. I resorted to searching online and was convinced Fitzwell Jigsaw was for me after reading all the raving reviews. I have never ordered online and was not expecting anything at all, so you can imagine my amazement & disbelief when they zipped up all the way. In short, amazing boots, totally worth the price! So happy they are beautiful and fit so great. I am a size 7-7 1/2 but ordered an 8 to be on the safe side, worked for me! Definitely try them you won't be disappointed!

I love these boots -
I have wide calves. I ordered a 10 and it was still snug, so I called Zappos, and they sent another pair size 11 within 2 days. Feel great!
I've never been able to wear boots like this and I am happy!

Beautiful!!!
This was the first time ordering shoes on line and I was skeptical. However, this boot is beautiful and it zipped up! I never had a boot zip up completely. The style is a classic. The photo doesn't do the boot justice. The boot is nicer looking with the detail stitching and quality of leather. Very Nice.

I'm SO EXCITED about these boots!!
I fall in that category of having wide calf and I have such a hard time finding boots that are this high and can ZIP UP all the way. I tried on so many pairs and always got disappointed that it will only zip up half way. I gave up and just bought those that are ankle high. After surfing Zappos for over an hour one day, I found them... Jigsaw boots. I love the gel inside too. They make them more comfortable to wear all day long. I bought them in the brown in a 6.5 but found that they were a little tight for my foot so I exchanged them for a size 7. You should have seen my face when I first tried them on, the zipper went all the way up! I was the happiest woman. It looked like I won BIG MONEY!! Thanks so much ZAPPOS!!

I received these boots 2 days after ordering them. I loved the look and the calf actually fit perfectly. Unfortunately they were too tight in the toes for me and I had to return them. If they offered a wide version instead of just the medium they could have been perfect, the search continues.

Awesome Boots!
I first bought the Fitzwell Jigsaw boot in the plum and loved them. The plum is beautiful but was a lot harder to add to outfits so I had to get the black. The boot hits a little lower than right under the knee which I found to be more flattering than right at the knee. I have never been able to find non-stretch boots that fit my calves because they are wider--until I bought these! Zappos rocks!

Very good wide calf boot -
I really like these boots. I am really amazed at how small the "normal" calf boots are, given that I'm a smaller than average person and still don't fit in them. These fit fine around my calves, and they hit at a very flattering place on my leg (for me) - but note that they are much shorter than typical to the knee boots. And they slope down so they come down even further on the back of your leg. My only complaint is that the ankle is too wide and it bunches. I guess they assume you have wide ankles if you need a wide calf boot. But I can live with the bunching. They are very comfortable for 3" heels. I would recommend them to everyone.

Comfort with Style -
I can not believe how comfortable these boots are! They were a little tight the first couple of days, but after that, pure bliss. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a dressy work boot with added comfort. I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size larger than your normal shoe size.

These are great!!
I was so excited that I actually found boots that fit my large calves. They are great. One thing that I was upset about was that after wearing them for about three weeks, a heel broke on me. Instead of returning them to zappos.com, I took them to a shoe repair place to get fixed. Other than that, these boots are great!!

I'm in love! It has taken me so long to find the "Boot". I just purchased to Plum and when I return from vacation I will purchase the Mushroom. I bought 8 1/2 and the calf was a little snug but loosened with a wear or two. The insoles are great but still added my own for extra. Can’t wait to wear them again.

Zappos...excellent service! They really stand behind any problem. Great exchange service. This boot fit right out of the box. It is a very stable heel even at 3". No need to break-in as its comfortable now. Pantyhose seem to ease the foot into the boot without any slippage while walking. Can't wait for next winter. Great look!!

I was sad when I slipped these on. The fit was off scale. It looked sloppy. The calf was too big and the shaft too short. The gel insert was comfy.

Toe too pointy for my liking-
I ordered these in plum and unfortunately I'm returning them because the toe is too pointy. Combined with the skinny heel, the overall effect to me is just "pointy" all over. It would only look good under pants and not a dress/skirt and I was looking for a very versatile boot for dresses and pants. However, it was SUPER comfy and not too wide at the calf (I have 15.5" calves). I bet I could wear them for many hours.

Hot boots-
These boots are so incredible! My only complaint is that the toe box is quite short. I have a relatively narrow foot, but its long, and man, even after I exchanged for a full size up, they were a bit snug in the toes. Everywhere else fit perfectly, however, so with just some minor toe discomfort, I can wear them easily- obviously for not long periods of standing, but as hot as they look, I'll deal :)

Best Boot Ever!!!!!
After reading all the other reviews, I knew I had to purchase this boot. Unbelievable!!!!! They are perfect. The heel does not even feel like 3 inches. It is the best boot purchase I have ever made. The boot actually fit my 16 inches calves- with space. I am in love!

Gorgeous Shoe, but too small = (
I received this shoe within 24 hours after ordering ;) I pulled them out of the box and fell in LOVE. Unfortunately my huge calves would not allow them to be zipped up all the way, so I had to return them. I actually contemplated keeping them and devising a way to wear them zipped only to the ankle, that's how much I loved them. The gel insole makes the shoe super-comfortable, the heel is SEXY without being uncomfortable, and this is the first pointier-toe that doesn't make my size 10 feet look like witch feet.
Zappos is awesome; I received my full refund within 48 hours of shipping it out! SO amazing!
