I bought these on sale from another website, but wanted to warn Zappos customers that these shoes did not fit true to size as other customers noted. I usually wear either a 6.5 or a 7. Usually I wear a flat in size 6.5, but the other site only had a 7B. The shoe was very narrow. In fact the elastic strap caused the shoe to seriously irritate my foot. I liked the shoe and discovered by cutting off the elastic, the shoe looked dressier, still looked good, and stopped pinching the foot (although they are still narrower than I would have liked).

A bit big -
I measure in at a 9. These run a bit larger so I would go down a half size. I decided on another pair of the Weitzman's but these are very nice in person.

I ordered football cleats for my son for an upcoming playoff game in a brand I've never bought before and they were too narrow. I called at 9:30 p.m. to exchange them for the brand I normally buy. The exchange arrived the NEXT DAY at no extra charge! That is the best service I've ever received from an internet company!
