This is amazing! Are you really serious? I can return the shoes? What a surprise! I was truly grateful just to be able to share my situation via communication on the internet regarding the discomfort associated with this recent shoe purchase; I never expected to be able to return them to you after wearing them! I don't think I've ever been treated better by any company I've done business with. When I found your customer service email response this morning waiting for me when I came into work, I was certain it was going to be a message empathizing with my dilemma and explaining the policy - I never expected an opportunity to receive a refund! I cannot express to you how grateful I am for your extending this consideration to accommodate me in such an entirely satisfactory way. I truly appreciate this!
