Wow!
These boots are great looking. They fit true to size and were comfy immediately. This is my second pair of Frye's. I got the Veronica Slouch and they were true to size as well. The Veronica's needed breaking in, but not these Harness 12R's. They are a bit heavy, but feel really substantial and good. Great color. Love 'em. AND... I ordered them on a Monday evening at 8 pm Pacific Time and got them THE NEXT DAY before 2 pm! I had just requested the free standard shipping (5-7 business days) but they upgraded my shipping for some reason and voila! THAT was amazing! Thanks Zappos. Great service. :-)

Thank God For Zappoes!
I have waited to buy this boots! They are simply the best. Every guy loves them on me and says how sexy they are... you can walk in them with confidence....wear socks, it takes about six times of long wearing to break them in, once you do their the best boot. I wear mine with jeans...loved them so much I bought them in black and brown....they are made so well...if you already are thinking about them BUY THEM!!!

GREAT BOOTS!
Have been wanting the Frye Harness 12R boots for a long time. Finally got them and love them! Get compliments everywhere I go, not matter what I have them on with...skinny jeans tucked in, boot cut jeans or skirts/dresses. Little tight to get on and off due to the "harness" but they are stretching out...very comfortable!

The boots look great, but I wouldn't give them a 5 on comfort. It is not that they are uncomfortable, but they aren't as comfortable as other shoes.

Love these boots!!
I purchased these boots from Zappos on a Sunday afternoon, and had them on Tuesday. I was very pleased with the shipping. I love the boots! I wasn't sure that they would fit because I have very athletic calves, and have trouble finding boots that fit right. They fit my calves beautifully. I ordered my normal shoe size, and they fit fine. There is some slippage in the heel, but not enough to bother me. I have found that they are more comfortable when I wear a thinner, synthetic sock with them. I tried thick cotton socks, and the boots chaffed my feet. Bottom line: I love these boots and have received many compliments on them.

Adorable and comfortable!!!
I just received them today and loved them immediately! The color is perfect- I think it will go with absolutely everything. I tried them on with some skirts, dresses, pants- they made every outfit look so cute! I wore them from the minute I got them with no discomfort- actually they were super comfy immediately. I tried in the past to get Frye harness boots and ordered and half size smaller than usual- and because of the way the toe area goes in slightly they felt like they were squishing my toes. My true size feels perfect- there's extra room at the end of my toes- but they are not squished together now. The heel does slightly move- but doesn't feel uncomfortable at all. Also- these are lighter than the campus boots and feel great! I think I will be wearing them constantly! I think they look great with winter and spring and summer clothes- maybe the perfect shoe? I own the Frye Carmen (short length) and have worn them all winter- almost every day- and also have the campus boot- but I think these may become my favorites!

These boots are amazingly comfy and good looking. I also wanted to mention that I attempted to order them online from somewhere else before I came across Zappos and had a terrible experience with that other company. Zappos sent me the boots and I am sitting here wearing them two days after I put my order through. Zappos has the best customer service in the business. I would highly recommend them!

LOVE these boots...
I never thought I'd wear these quite so much, but they are so comfortable. They look fantastic with corduroys, jeans and long skirts.
They are maybe a little less than half a size larger than what I usually wear, but that little bit of extra room translates into a lot of comfort and does not cause blisters or discomfort. I can also wear two pairs of socks when I travel to colder climates.
As far as travel, this is the first shoe I've ever worn during an entire flight. My feet are comfortable AND warm. No need to take them off! They are fast on and off in the security line as well.

I couldn't love these any more! They fit perfect, they look awesome. I haven't taken them off since I got them. They feel a bit stiff when you first put them on, but that goes away quickly. If you're in between sizes, get the smaller one.

Cute as...
I have wanted a pair forever and they are as cute and sassy as I thought. I wear a 7-7.5 depending on width because I have wide feet. (Often I could wear a 6.5 if it was wide enough). I also have thick calves. I was really surprised at the fit. One of my feet is slightly smaller than the other, but that was the tight boot. Hmmm. They are narrow, but three days into having them, they are breaking in nicely. The shank is roomy, even for me, so if you have very slender legs, just be aware. I love them - they look great and are super comfortable now. I just suggest you know you might have to return for a different size because it doesn’t seem totally accurate. The other thing is the great shipping and customer service. I think Zappos is awesome.

Pretty big....
I found these boots to be a full size larger than I wear, even with thick socks. But they look great, the treads will handle snow and ice, so I will order a smaller size.

They're Hot -
I've had these boots for over a year. They are my favorite boots ever. I ordered my size and they fit great, I think some people are confused about what size they wear. We ride Harleys and they are perfect for that. They have not lost their shape or appeal and I wear them a lot.

Good looking boot! I am so happy, as I have wanted a pair of Frye boots for so long! However, they are a half size big (at least)... I just ordered another pair a half size down and will be returning this one. A bit of a bummer, but hopefully well worth it in the end.

I love these boots. I wear them almost everyday. They are casual enough to run to the store with the kids and they look good enough to wear to dinner at night. One of the best pair of boots I've ever gotten.

Great boots!
These are really nice looking, well made boots. I am a 9.5 and I ordered both 9.5 and 9. Though the 9's were tough getting on, once on they were a better fit than the 9.5's. The 9.5's were easier to get on, but once on a bit roomy inside. My heel especially slid around a lot. They are just a tad bit narrower than I'm used to, but not enough to make them uncomfortable. In the end, I decided I didn't like the way the heel slanted in, so I ordered the belted harness in a 9. I'm sure I'll be much happier. Though they are a little tough looking, I'm OK with that b/c I need boots I can walk in. I'm tired of my little pointy toed boots that I can't walk in. I guess I've gotten more practical as I've aged...hehe. In any case, these boots are great, as is Zappos who shipped out my replacement pair right away. I love Zappos. Good luck!

Incredible boot!
I just got my harness boots a few weeks ago and I absolutely love them! It took about two to three times (wearing) to break them in but now they fit like a glove and are so comfortable. You will need to order a size down because they run a bit big. They are also a bit narrow (luckily my foot is narrow) so for those who don't have narrow feet it might be a little tricky. I also love the fact that Zappos has the best customer service! Everyone that I have spoken to has been so helpful and extremely nice. I have never dealt with such great customer service, Thank you Zappos!! You also get what you order within 24 hours! Need I say more?

Too narrow!
The length of the boot is perfect and they look great. I read the reviews and got the boot a 1/2 size small. I tried on the half size bigger and it was too big so I went for the 1/2 size small. Anyway the length fits but they are too narrow, so now I spent the $ and can't return them because I have worn them.

Love the look of this boot and ordered it over a year ago. I take a size 8 but ordered a 7.5 and regret it, didn't return them because I thought they would stretch out (they did not) now my last hope is that a cobbler can stretch them out for me. :(

My sister had these boots and I really liked them so I ordered them. Get a half size smaller I got a 7.5 instead of 8.When I first got them the toe area seemed to tight but they do stretch to fit quickly. Very comfortable they mold to your feet. Super sexy with jeans and little skirts.
Buy them you will love them.

Everything I hoped and more -
I LOVE these boots. They are a speck narrow for my wide foot, but since they aren't stretched out yet, I am confident they will be great after a few wears! These boots make me feel wild and confident...they are kick butt.
Zappos was awesome to deal with. I will definitely buy more shoes from them in the future!

black Crocs for my husband's birthday (which is TODAY). Late YESTERDAY afternoon, I realized that I wasn't going to be successful in finding his size at my local stores and decided to order a pair from you; after all, I had received awesome customer service last year when I had ordered several pairs of shoes for Christmas. Anyhow, I ordered his shoes on your web site, fully expecting to receive them (maybe) sometime early next week. So, this afternoon, I had just finished wrapping up the email receipt to give to him when, lo and behold, Mr. UPS arrives at my door with none other than a ZAPPOS BOX!!!
