Shoes are great, they feel very comfortable, just get 1/2 size smaller of what you normally wear.

In LA, we wear Chucks! Got my new Chucks yesterday; I love them. They are very comfortable, and I was actually a little surprised. I thought I'd have to break them in a bit, but they are great right out of the box. I did have to go a 1/2 size down. I first got my actual size 9.5 and they were too big, so, Zappos being so awesome, I got my 9's the very next day! The 9 fits perfect. I would agree that these shoes are narrow, but that is perfect for me.

Style and Comfort!
These shoes look awesome and provided you get the correct size... they feel much more comfortable than regular Chucks due to the lining and extra cushion insert. I would've given an overall 5 stars, but they are pricey... style costs $$! Super fast shipping.

Nice shoes for short walks -
About Zappos: Very fast shipping. Received my shoes on the very next day.
About the shoes: Bought these Varvatos in replacement of my old Chucks. These shoes don’t have much difference to my old ones besides the rubber insoles that makes them feel a little more comfortable. Other than that, they are pretty much the same. Oh! And the price is two times more expensive than the regular Chucks. Good luck with your shopping.

Love the shoes!
I normally wear a size 11 in women’s, and took Zappos advice to order 1/2 size smaller. I ordered a 10.5 and they fit perfect. Really cool shoes, but are not too comfortable to wear without socks.

These shoes are so comfortable I want to wear them everywhere. They bring an easy relaxed look to every outfit. I love them!

Perfect...
True to size and very comfortable. I agree with a few of the other reviews, you won’t be running any races in these shoes but why would you? Comfortable, killer styling... what else do you need? I've received several compliments and I've only had them for a short time.

Pretty Sweet -
The shoes are very neat looking. I love the variation on the classic Converse look. I've gotten a lot of positive comments on them. They fit pretty true to size and feel pretty good, but don't expect to run marathons in them. If you try to jog, they don't wanna stay on too well. Ha. They're fashion shoes. Just stand there and look cool.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
