Fits well -
When my wife first put them on, she was very disappointed. Very tight in toe area and felt smaller than marked. After having them on for about an hour she was amazed how comfortable they are. Just needed to form to her foot. Now she seems to have them on all the time in the house.

Comfiest, coziest and my favorites -
This is my 2nd pair of these slippers. I bought the black with black fur option both times. I wear these every day on cool days and nights in Southern California. They are very cushiony and warm on the inside. When you put them on the first time, they are very snug because of all the cushioning, but loosen up over time. I will probably another pair next year if they're still available. I wear black pants and pajamas around the house and it isn't easy to find all black slippers.

Not quite a miss -
After two years, the right foot has completely blown out (disintegrated stitching at slipper-sole junction and seams, the rubber sole losing half-dollar sized pieces of tread) but the left foot is still quite good. Go figure.

Old Friend's Juliet Review -
This is the most comfortable slipper I have ever owned. The plush lining is cozy and soft and with the rubber sole I can go out to the garage or into the basement without feeling like I am damaging them. I think they run a little larger than size but I don't find that a problem since they are slippers. They cost more than I would normally pay for a pair of slippers, but are well worth it.

Sooo soft -
The fleece in these slippers is sooo soft, I ordered these after trying one of the Ugg styles that I couldn't get a good fit with and believe it or not, I think these are actually much softer which was a surprise. They definitely run between a half size to a size small, I normally wear a 7.5-8 so I ordered both an 8 and a 9 to try, based on other reviews. The 8 is a little snug, but the 9 was slipping off my heel so I opted to keep the 8s figuring they will stretch and the fleece will flatten with wear. These seem to be well made and the materials seem high quality, overall I am very happy with this purchase.

Love these slippers!!!!
I normally wear a 9 and had to order a whole size up, I do love these!! Very warm and comfortable, the rubber sole can be worn outside. Soft inside and very cozy!!

So comfortable. I love these slippers. The moment I got them I put them on. I wear them everyday, all day sometimes. I can go outside with them because the sole is excellent and the fit is great. I would order them again. I ordered a half size larger and I'm glad I did because they fit so well.

Not wide enough -
These comfy slippers only come in whole sizes. They only come in one width. Lucky for you if your feet happen to be the size of the slipper. They should come in half sizes. For those of us with slightly wider feet, the half size gives slightly more width. With whole sizes, we may have something too big on our feet, which pinch nonetheless. Too bad; they feel so soft.

I love them!
I ordered a size bigger than I usually wear because of previous comments... and they were a perfect fit, very comfortable. I love them! The delivery service was exceptionally fast.

Skip these and wait for Ugg Coquettes!
I bought these since the Uggs were on back-order. They are not very comfortable, to say the least. They are quite stiff with not a lot of foot padding.
As usual Zappos makes it easy with their excellent return service. Sent them back- I will wait on the Ugg Coquette slippers!

LOVE this slipper!
I normally wear a size 6 shoe and I ordered a size 6 slipper because, having worn sheepskin slippers before, I know that the pile will compress after a few wearings.
They were tight (but not uncomfortable) when they arrived and now fit perfectly.

Felt too small. I like my slippers a little roomy. Typically, I am a 7.5, but because they are slippers, I bought an 8. They still felt too small.

Very warm...a little narrow in the toes -
These would be really comfy if they were a little more spacious in the toes, kind of tight and a little painful sometimes. I have another style of newer Old Friends (same size) that are just awesome, so not sure if this style just runs smaller. They feel fine every where else. Wish I'd ordered a bigger size, but I'd worn them too long to return when they really started to hurt.

Very Comfortable and Warm Shoes -
I bought these shoes for going to the snow and they were great. You can wear them inside or outside without fear of chilly toes. They are not waterproof so they are not for mucking about in the snow, but they were good for going to the store, walking from the house to the car and other outside things that did not involve serious play in the snow. LOVE THEM.

Super Soft and Warm -
I think these slippers are great and a lot less expensive than Uggs. The shearling lining is very warm and they have a really soft cushioning. They are not the cutest slippers out there, but they are the most comfortable!

I was nervous about spending so much money on a pair of slippers. I am so happy I did. These slippers fit like a glove. They are so warm and comfortable; I never want to take them off. I liked them so much; I bought a second pair for my aunt. They fit true to size.

This is my second pair of these slippers. I wore the first pair so much, I had no fleece left in the footbed. I like the cushion on the footbed and they fit nice and snug on my narrow foot.

I love these slippers, I just bought a second pair after my first pair got a little ratty after 3 years. I am an 8-1/2, so I bought a 9 and they are slightly loose, but fine for being around home. The inside fleece is warm and fluffy, I always keep them on in my house because they keep my feet so toasty!

GREAT slipper -
My feet are always cold, but not in this slipper - they are perfect! The sole is sturdy enough for a quick trip out to the mailbox and the fleece is so cozy. They were slightly snug when I first put them on but the fleece has now compressed a little and they fit just right.

Terrific slippers -
This is my second pair of Juliet’s. My last ones lasted four years of hard wear through four winter months, inside and outside. They took a tremendous beating and hung in. The sole finally gave way, the plastic broke down, but the leather upper and lining stayed intact and never lost its integrity. Both pairs were size 6, but my first pair was snugger than these new ones. Not really a complaint, just an observation. I love them, and they really are an Old Friend. ~ Happy Customer.

I love these slippers! I cannot believe how great the customer service is! I placed my order late Saturday afternoon and received them on Monday, on a national holiday! When I called with a question, I was treated like I was a guest in their house. The slippers do run about a size small, so order the next size up. They are plush and nicer than Uggs for a lot less money! I returned the Uggs! Only thing I could wish for is more cushion in the heel, so they're more comfortable with socks on.

Great slipper but a tad expensive -
This is a sturdy, comfortable, warm slipper. Can be worn outside. After reading other comments I did order it a size bigger and am satisfied, although I think I could have done without it because the slipper does stretch! I have to wear them with socks now so I don't move around too much inside the slipper. Otherwise, very comfy.

black Crocs for my husband's birthday (which is TODAY). Late YESTERDAY afternoon, I realized that I wasn't going to be successful in finding his size at my local stores and decided to order a pair from you; after all, I had received awesome customer service last year when I had ordered several pairs of shoes for Christmas. Anyhow, I ordered his shoes on your web site, fully expecting to receive them (maybe) sometime early next week. So, this afternoon, I had just finished wrapping up the email receipt to give to him when, lo and behold, Mr. UPS arrives at my door with none other than a ZAPPOS BOX!!! Now that is what I call customer service! How in the world you guys delivered in less than 24 hours is beyond me, but I just have to say that you made my day, and my husband's birthday.
