Great comfy boots!
These boots are really comfy and great to wear around the house or out running errands. They look great with your favorite jeans and work well with knit pants for maximum comfort.

I order as many shoes as possible from Zappos b/c they ALWAYS arrive next day and they are always perfect! Keep in mind when ordering UGGS that you should order a full size smaller than your actual size.

First of all - LOVE ZAPPOS!
If I order before noon, they come via free shipping the next day. Third pair of Uggs and love them. I usually am an 8, ordered the 7s and they are a perfect fit. Live in the northeast and they are perfect for beach walking or just wearing around the house as slippers. Am going to get the chestnut ones next.

They just arrived!
I purchased the Chestnut and loved them so much I came back for the black and chocolate, too! My feet tend to get very hot. Wore them during the day, it’s getting cooler in CA, but it’s still pretty warm and my feet were cozy, not hot at all. They are very soft and the sole is very sturdy, I can do a lot of walking with these. I am so pleased with Zappos service. They sent me an email letting me know they were upgrading my shipping for free. I purchased them on Monday, Tuesday was a holiday, and I got my boots on Wednesday!

I love them!
I ordered these at 6pm in the evening and received them the next day for free! You must order them one size smaller than your true shoe size, I always take a 9 and I ordered an 8.

These are so much better than the Ultra Uggs - the soles are much cuter and make the nose of the shoe much more like the Classic. I feel like I've got the style of the Classic, yet the durability of the Ultra - thanks Uggs!

1st Uggs -
I had resisted buying these for a long time, but wanted a warm shoe for a trip. Took a chance on these not expecting to like them. WOW, was I wrong. 1st off, Zappos is the best. Ordered on Saturday, got my shoes Monday! I’m on the west coast so I’m used to waiting a week to get any delivery. The Uggs are so wonderful, got the chestnut. My shoe size ranges from 8.5-10.5 depending on the shoe. I got a size 9 and they fit perfectly. The sole is the reason I chose these, they have a sturdy rubber sole that I think I will be able to get a good use off walking a lot. Anyhow I’m going to purchase the black and chocolate color.

Wicked cozy boot -
These are so cute and comfy-like wearing slippers. They look great with jeans or a skirt and will be super cozy and warm for the New England winters.

Cute but too big :)
I should have taken everyone's advice and ordered a size smaller... BUT, in the end I'm glad I didn't. Although these are super comfy, GREAT soles, and wonderfully warm, I decided to go with a taller boot. Ok fine, TWO pairs of taller boots. :)
Zappos service is second to none. I called today and they'll be here tomorrow! Incredible.
It is humanly impossible for Zappos to improve their customer service? Unless of course they hand-delivered each pair of shoes and placed them directly on your feet. (Which they probably have considered).

I love UGGS!
This is my second pair of Uggs. I also have the classic ones. These have a little more support and a more rugged sole. Just like the classics, they are super cozy and comfy. But like most people say, order a size down.

I've heard about these shoes and how awesome they were supposed to be. I finally gave in and bought a pair last month. I wasn't impressed the first day I wore them, but the next day I fell in love. First of all, I placed my order around 6pm and they were on my door step the next day. That was amazing. Now I wear them everyday and I'm gonna buy my second pair!

What can I say? I am on my fifth pair of Uggs! I love these boots. I feel like I am walking on a cloud - very comfortable and warm for those brisk days in the city. I recommend purchasing the kit to protect your investment - you will not be sorry. Luckily, Uggs carry a wide line of choices (comfort, classic, and cold weather related). Zappos, you are the BEST!

I really like these. Not clunky. Very sleek. I did buy a size smaller. And I water proofed them. I like the rubber bottom. They should last a long time. Very warm. I do wear a thin sock with them. Great quality.

She loves them! Thanks, Zappos! My girlfriend loves these Uggs. I wish they came in half sizes. As is, they don't fit perfectly. But they're close enough. If they fit better, they'd be 5 stars because she really loves the way they feel.

Love the classic Uggs. These are much more narrow than I expected and while they seem more durable they are less comfy to me. A bit dressier style than classic and the black dyed sherpa lining dyes your feet black for awhile.

Lovely! These are sooo comfy! I wanted a pair for a long time, and am so glad I got 'em! I ordered the buff color, so I can't comment on the bleeding dye issue. They are very comfy, easy to wear without socks (and I usually find wool itchy, but these shoes don't bother me). They are great at regulating temp. Great traction for the wet city streets too.

LOVE my Uggs - Can't say enough about these boots. I had my previous pair for 11 years, yes – 11 years! They lasted forever. This is my 2nd pair and they are PERFECT! If I could wear shoes to bed, these would be under the covers. Bought a half-full size down, I'm usually between a 7.5 to 8 and the 7s are a great fit. Thanks for the upgraded shipping Zappos. These are just great Ugg boots! I bought them a few months ago, and I began to love them since the first moment I tried them on! I told all my friends to get them, and my grandmother too. All those who bought ultimate short Ugg boots are in such pleasant warmth and comfort. I strongly advise you to get them. Trust me you won't want to take them off. You will want to sleep in them!!!!!!!!

 |  | I ordered your Durango Ladies Pink Western boots last night, at around 5:00 pm EST. I fully expected the package to take a minimum of three days, which is actually very good for most orders. I was SHOCKED to see them sitting at my doorstep this afternoon at 3:00 pm. Never have I received an order so quickly with standard shipping. In fact, sometimes the express shipping at places isn't that fast. The boots themselves are perfect, thanks to the reviews. I ordered a half size smaller and they fit beautifully.
