Taryn Rose shoes can't be beat for comfort. I love Taryn Rose, and despite the cost, feel they're worth it. I especially love the comfort of these sandals; however, I bought another pair of these sandals, in a different color, about a year earlier from another store. I loved them so bought a second pair from Zappos. Unfortunately, they broke. The strap that attaches to the sole between the toes came loose while I was wearing them. (Imagine trying the walk through a mall and get back to my car to get home just to change shoes.) Normally I would have just been disappointed, but at the cost of Taryn Rose shoes, I decided to ask Zappos to return them. It was pleasant to learn that they would, indeed, accept the return, but I was dismayed by the email that I got which said that shoes are expected to last "3 to 6 months," and that to return them I have to send them back in original packaging. I feel certain that Zappos will nevertheless accept them for a return, although that process is underway.

The Tyra sandal is the most comfortable sandal I own. I actually have them in a few colors, so I wear them all of the time. The fit is true to size and the thong part is comfortable between the toes. Unfortunately,I think the workmanship is poor.....don\'t plan on getting more than one season from them. On two different pairs, the thong part has come out. Yes, I do wear them a lot, but for $335 I would expect them to last a few years. Fortunately,once I started buying them at Zappos, they replaced one pair that broke! Great Customer service!!\r\n

I’m looking for comfort. These sandals are extremely comfortable and stylish, something hard to find. The cushioning and thick foam sole make it a pleasure to walk in them. I only wish Taryn Rose made loafers as comfortable in a C width, as is the norm in Italy.

Zappos is a great online resource for shoes at reasonable prices. Quick delivery, excellent customer service, saves me money and time.\r\n\r\nThe Taryn Rose Tyra sandals I bought are perfect. Fit is true to size, comfort is amazing. Summer is our longest season and I often wear sandals. Will be buying more of Taryn Rose Tyra sandals. Pretty on the feet. If you are looking for quality, comfort and timeless style, try a pair.

Pretty sandals with a unique rugged sole as a contrast to the dressier straps. I did get a small blister the first time I wore them; however, I should have broken them in, since I walked miles in them the first day. Sizing is fine - I am a 39 in most shoes and sandals with a medium to wider foot; no issues here. So, why the overall rating? The liner did come loose within fifteen minutes of wearing. I am not kidding! I was on vacation and didn't have any glue on hand, so between the blister and loose liner, I switched to my cheap flip flops (Reefs) for the rest of my trip. This is the second pair of Tyras I have owned. The first was years ago, and they split in the center of the footbed after a few weeks, making them unwearable. (The liner came loose right away, and glue helped, but it needed lots of touch ups.) I was a fool to buy them again; great looking as they are, plus comfortable when the liner has just been glued down, but that solution is very temporary. I had hoped the kinks would have been worked out by now. I really hope that when I wear these newer ones more often, that they won't crack and split.

I have 10, yes - ten pair of Tyra's, and have been faithfully wearing them for 5 seasons. They are extremely comfortable and a must if you spend time on your feet. Yes, the lining may come up, simply use a little white glue...no biggie for comfort. Note: The strap between the toes will stretch. My experience is to have that strap a little snug. Within a day, it is a custom fit.

After reading all of the positive reviews, decided to spend the "big bucks" in a tight economy for a comfy pair of flip-flops. Wore them in the house for a little bit & was convinced they would be perfect. However, the first day I wore them for only two hours the thin insole started peeling/rolling. Now, they are SO UNCOMFORTABLE on the ball of my foot where the peeling is happening. This is definitely a quality issue -- this price for something that starts falling apart after two hours of normal use is nuts!

Having a slightly wide foot, I had always been disappointed that Taryn Rose shoes don't come wider than a B width. Being a thong sandal, the Taryn Rose Tyra accommodates my foot just fine. I am more than impressed with the support that they offer. I wore them recently on a trip where I did a lot of city walking. I have been won over.

Most Comfortable Sandal Ever -
I wear - true 13s and the 43s in this are the best sandal ever, even though they are a bit small. (Please make more true 13s!) The thong does not cause constant pain between the toes. The Poron sole is so soft I could walk for miles in them. Oddly enough, just looking at them they may seem chunky, but they absolutely do not wear or feel that way. Plus, they almost never try to wiggle off my feet like all other sandals I've worn have. OK, they twist on a rare occasion, but not like other sandals. Sure, sometimes I do feel a light pinch between the toes, but that is so rare and it never lasts for more than a second. Comfortable and beautiful. All I had hoped for when ordering. I hope I can continue ordering in true 13s from Taryn Rose in the future. (I also have other Taryn Rose styles in 43.)

Great Sandal -
These sandals seem very comfortable, although I haven't gotten a chance to really wear, since it is still cold here in New England. They do run a bit small, I would size a 1/2 up, even maybe a full size. I usually wear an 8 1/2 in sandals, but I need the 9 in these. I would recommend.

I really like this shoe. I overpronate a lot and this is very stable and my orthotics fit well in them. In my experience, these shoes fit true to size. I took other reviewers suggestions and ordered a 1/2 size up but ended up exchanging them for my regular size, which fits great. They have a lot of ventilation, which will be great for jogging in the warmer weather but in the colder months it's pretty breezy in the toe area!

This is a great flip flop. I love it. Very comfortable. I did get a bad blister the first time I wore them but now I have no problem with them. The look is great. I might get another pair. I love Zappos.

The shoe is gorgeous and comfortable but I think it runs small. I usually can wear an 8 sandal, (9 closed shoe) so I selected an 8.5 and it barely is long enough. I'm sure I would have been much better off with a 9. I just never buy 9 sandals. Service fantastic!

Style plus comfort -
This is my second pair of Tyra by Taryn Rose. My second summer wearing these. I love shoes. For almost every occasion in our life style, I go to these. Wearing these I can shop all day, run errands sometimes dreading my schedule, but make it with ease in these shoes. So, so worth the money.

I can't afford these shoes, but they are worth it.
The price is absurd, especially for a flip-flop. However, I have had one pair for 6 years so I hope that it averages out. It is the most comfortable sandal on earth (only Dansko is more comfy and their sandals are man-ish). If you can't afford them, beg someone to buy them for you.

So excited to receive these so quickly but disappointed that they do run about 1/2 size small. In closed shoes I wear an 8.5 or a 9. In sandals I normally wear an 8.5 and that's what I ordered. I'm going to return these and order the 9.

Polished and substantive alternative to a flip-flop -
I ordered this shoe because the Taylor was out of stock in my size in the color I needed. The lug soles are the same. I am not a big fan of this type of thong style as it's too easy for me to slide out of them as I walk, but this is the best I have ever tried. The thong piece is extremely well constructed and does not poke or irritate. The fit is somewhat narrow, which is good for this type of sandal as it makes it look more polished. I'd wear this dressy or casual - pretty much everywhere except the office. Size is true to Taryn Rose sizing - I am a 10.5B and the 41 fit perfectly.

They might be hip, but...
They killed my feet. They rubbed my feet, and not only in between toes. While walking I had to make frequent stops. And today, when I put them on, I just couldn't move. How can one go so wrong with a pair of thongs? The $10 plastic ones made in China are more comfy! Some of Rose's shoes are comfy (Kelsey, Torino, Venice) but not these ones or Tricia ... I couldn't even enjoy the pillow like sole, I was in such a great pain ... I just hope I'm not the only one completely unsatisfied by these super overpriced shoes ...

Great sandals -
The Tyra is a great sandal. I needed a sandal with some arch support and comfort and these are them. I was afraid they would blister between my toes, but the leather is so soft and supple you don't even feel it. I liked them so much I bought a pair for my sister. Taryn Rose shoes are wonderful... now if only they sold for $50 I could have them all.

They really are pretty. And, it's up to you to determine if they are worth the price. Comfortable, but I didn't keep them -- just too much money for me to justify the cost for a sandal. I do have other Taryn Rose shoes, and love them. They run about a half size small; the width was right on.

This is the third pair of these that I purchased. I try to get a new color every year. I have trouble wearing anything between my toes - I always blister. The Tyra, however is the most comfortable sandal that I have ever worn. I will even wear them when I go walking on vacation, they never hurt.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
