My-oh-my, I love this sandal! Unfortunately, it didn't fit and I needed to return it. Well made and beautifully designed but my instep is too high and I couldn't slide my foot forward enough to have the sandal stay on my foot when I walked. Very disappointing because these really are a beautify sandal. Super fast delivery from Zappos, as always!

 |  | We were having problems finding shoes for my son recently for a new job he was starting. When I placed the order, I forgot to choose express shipping and so I called to add that to my order. The person I spoke with was so great, she upgraded the shipping at no cost and said if these didn't work to call back and they'd get another pair to us before the deadline. Fortunately, the shoes fit perfectly and he looked great for his new job. I have experienced this great service before and will continue to order from your company.
