Beautiful shoe -
This shoe is a beauty, but the elastic strap across the toe area felt too snug. I usually wear a 9 1/2 A, but since this came in a M I ordered it. Feels a bit snug in the toe area and heel. I kept the shoe because it is so pretty. Not very comfortable though.

Love this shoe-it's a classic -
I bought this shoe in Navy and will also buy it in black. It's elegant and something I will have for any special occasions where my pumps just need to be a little dressier. It fits my 6M true to size and is comfortable.

 |  | You need a portal just for testimonials! I am an enthusiastic fan of Zappos! I live overseas but I have a home in USA. I shop the latest styles and fashions on Zappos.com in Denmark, ship them to my USA address and pay with my Danish bank card...no hassle. Your “competition” will not allow me to do that and they place the burden of identity verification on me. When I try to place an order from Denmark to ship to my house in USA they cancel my order. When I call in to determine why they do not use a more sophisticated method of credit card verification like “Verify by Visa” they tell me they cannot reinstate the order. I spend about 3K per month in shoes alone and I am more than happy buying them all from Zappos now. I shop Zappos exclusively now for the great customer service, ease of use, selection and confidence in knowing that the purchases I make will be honored in a way that provides service to the customer. I started with buying shoes, I am now looking at all the other wonderful things Zappos offers as a result of the service and value provided through this company!
