I bought these in both a 6.5WW and a 7WW in brown not sure which size would work for me. Well, they run true-to-size and the smaller size worked beautifully for my small, wide, and "bunioned" feet. The buckle makes them interestingly cute and they are both practical and very comfortable for casual, everyday life. The cushioning is fantastic. They look great with all cuts of jeans as well as with corduroys and they work extremely well with my older, suede, matching handbag. They make me look very together and spiffy! Thus, I highly recommend these Softwalks to anyone who likes to slip on comfortable shoes on the way out her door, even over thick winter socks. As usual, Zappos delivery was simply superb.

Feels like walking on a cloud. I am a nurse and am on my feet long 12 hour shifts, my Sanita and Dansko clogs were too heavy and hard to wear daily and I was starting to get blisters on the soles of my feet so I was looking for something soft. I tried the SoftWalk's Manteca because the eggcrate type insoles looked like they would be very comfy and I am glad I did! I wore them today at work and my feet felt like I was walking on a cloud. No break in period needed. I wear an 11 and found them true to size and the width was perfect. No more blisters on my feet from hard shoes. I was a bit disappointed with the quality of the leather, but for the price and comfort, I would even order other styles in this brand because of the unique insoles.

Returned. Fits small and even going up a size the fit was still very snug and my foot just felt very hot with no air. Edge of shoe was a little annoying on heel. Round heel felt rather unstable promoting a roll/walk. Egg crate insole is comfortable, though. Shoe has a cute witch hazel look to me, but cons outweighed pros.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable, and great to travel in. My only complaint is that the heels are already showing wear after a few short weeks. I need to take them to my shoe repairman to get them "reheeled".

I just tried these on. They run almost a whole size small. I owned another pair of Softwalks whose cushy insole fell apart after less than a year. I am in negotiation with the company to replace them.

If you order a narrow, you foot should be very slim. I have a narrow foot, but the shoe was too narrow to wear with socks. Returned. Also did not like the toe of the shoe because it turns up so much, it kind of looks elfish.

Zappos service was great. The shoes look good and are very comfortable, but one of them sounds like the cushioned insole is losing air each step I take. It is especially noticeable when going down steps. I’m hoping it will get better with time, but so far it has not.

Love these shoes. I do have to consciously lift my feet and step down softly or I hear, "clunk, clunk, clunk.” They are worth it though. I feel very steady in these shoes.

Almost, but not quite -
I was disappointed -- the shoes I ordered were an AA, which I need. They almost felt good, but started to rub on my instep and at the side of my feet. Too expensive to risk another pair of shoes that create problems. It might have gone away, but maybe not. Well made shoe, nice innersole, pretty. Very disappointed.

What a surprise! I did not expect the thick lining but they are really comfortable. No fear of these clods slipping off. I think they look terrific and they are very comfortable.

My daughter has a very short and wide foot. We ordered a 7 ee first and it was a bit snug. Had a 7 1/2 sent and she says it is a dream. She wears nothing but shoes that are completely comfortable after wearing shoes all her life that did not fit. We really appreciate the selection Zappos gives for people with wide feet. I am very satisfied with my SoftWalk Manteca shoes. I was able to try them on at a store here where I live but when the store was unable to order the color and size I wanted; I found what I wanted on Zappos.com. So there was no guessing on size, width or color.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. They are very cute too. I have a large foot (11 WW), and these are a welcome addition to my small shoe collection. I have a heel problem & need open back shoes. These are dressy enough for the office with my dresses, and look great with casual clothes too. I've ordered 2 pairs (brown nubuck & black nubuck), and plan on ordering other colors.

This is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. I have trouble with my feet and I can walk all day without any discomfort. It is true to size in length and width. I would like more selection of this brand in narrow sizes.

Best clog I've ever worn!!
This is a great shoe - I got it both in the navy and black. I've worn these shoes constantly every day since my purchase. Even with extensive trips to the mall, they are very, very comfortable for walking. I usually wear a 7 or 7-1/2...I went with the 7-1/2 which was a perfect choice. They are even definitely worth the cost!

These run a bit big. I needed something for walking around the Vegas strip as the last time I went my feet were killing me. I was so happy that I bought these. Very comfortable after walking for hours...I think I told my husband 10 times how happy I was that I had brought them.

Comfortable, cushy, cute -
I have had trouble fining clog type shoes that fit well and stay on my feet when I walk due to a need for wide width. I bought these in 8WW and they fit great, are very comfortable, and do stay on feet without me "shuffling". The cushy footbed is heavenly (though I have other SoftWalk shoes and the cushion does flatten out over time).

I love these shoes!
I have a high in-step and wide feet and these shoes not only fit me perfectly, they are cushiony, too! Expensive, but if you’re looking for a quality shoe for a hard-to-fit foot (like mine!), this shoe fits the bill!

Highly wearable -
These are very comfortable shoes. With narrow feet, slip ons tended to slip off instead, but these come in narrow and are perfect. Inside is really soft. Great comfy clog for narrow feet.

I purchased these shoes for my daughter. She works in retail and is on her feet for 10 hours a day. She said she feels like she is walking on a cloud. The only problem is I should have gotten them 1/2 size smaller, they stretched a little, but she loves them.

Because the price of this shoe is outside my budget (but I desperately needed a comfy shoe). I read every review posted on it before I ordered. Having worn it for a month, I have to agree with all the positives: This shoe is too cute (I even wear it with skirts), plenty of room in the toe box (unlike so many styles these days), pillow innersole and fit comfortable beyond all expectations! I regret it doesn't go very well with my suits :-(. Negatively, because of the shape of the heel, it IS an ankle-turner. I try not to run in the shoes, and am keeping them and loving them, anyway!

The shoe was very comfortable from the moment I put them on, requiring no break in time. The only down fall is that after a full days wear the pillowing in the bottom of the shoe changes from extremely comfortable to highly irritating.
