Nice shoe, but a bit narrow -
I always buy New Balance and usually do not have any problems with them. I like this shoe, but it's a bit narrower than I'm used to and has given me a small blister. Hopefully they will break in easily and fit better. If you have wide feet, I would avoid or order a wide size.

Another Great Shoe by New Balance -
I have plantar fasciitis from fallen arches and have been wearing New Balance shoes exclusively for about 3 years for walking and hiking. Straight out of the box these shoes are comfortable.

A great shoe -
Excellent support for achy feet. I wear it with an orthotic and havent felt this good in months. Key is getting the correct size.

 |  | Incredible customer service. I made my purchase on a Monday and sent an email to the support staff asking to upgrade my shipping to receive my shoes before Saturday. They sent me a reply email a few minutes later telling me that they would ship them overnight at no extra charge, WOW!!! I know Zappos is growing as a company, I'm just really impressed that you guys, no matter how big you get, are still taking care of the customer. Thank you!!!
