This is the first time that I bought a pair of work boots on the web, and it was a great experience. I saw the pair I liked and ordered them. I was worried they would not fit, but with your guarantee and free return shipping, I could not go wrong. The boots shipped fast; I had them in four days. They were in perfect condition and they fit like a glove. They only required a couple of hours to break in and they are very light and comfortable.  |  | Hello! I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who works for Zappos. As of yesterday, I've ordered from Zappos five times over the last couple years. I usually get my orders the next day, and the longest it's taken has only been two days, and I think that's just awesome! At my job I work in customer service and think it's very important to like to help people in a job like that. I can tell Zappos employees must love their jobs because everyone does such great job. With every one of my orders, it only proves there really isn't a better place to shop on line, (or shop anywhere, in general)!
