Most comfortable shoe I've ever had -
It's true to size and comes in a narrower width for my skinny foot. I like the egg crate insole and really, they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I didn't have to break them in but the tinniest bit and they seem to have molded to everything my feet have to throw at them. Wonderful shoes. They're very attractive, too. What a shoe!

I just received the boots last night. It’s a great fitting boot and I am a hard to fit person. This is my second pair of Kumfs shoes. Anyone with arch problems or plantar aches should check out the Kumfs line of shoes. I used my other pair of Kumfs walking around Paris last year. They were my "go to shoes" for the trip. These boots offer good support, but tend to run narrower than most. I usually take a medium shoe, but most are too wide. This shoe fit true to length and are very comfortable. Those with narrow feet should try the mediums. Kudos to Zappos for such fast delivery!!! I ordered the shoe on Tuesday night and they arrived by the next day.

My tootsies were comfy!
I purchased this shoe to wear to a wedding. I have difficulty walking due to nerve damage in my feet and two arthritic knees, plus I need the WW width. I have worn the Softwalk brand for several years and have always been comfortable with their products. The egg-crate footbed is so comfortable! I would recommend this brand and style to those who have wide feet as well.To top it off...Zappos delivered the shoes very quickly so I wasn't stressed out about what I was going to wear to this important occasion. Thank you Zappos!

Super Comfy!
It was hard to come up with anything negative to say about this shoe. However, I was originally hoping for a shoe w/a closed back - more of a traditional Mary Jane. I ordered two other MJ-styled pairs at the same time, but decided to stick with the Lavagna due to its superior comfort.

For trip to China -
I love Softwalks and have worn out a similar style from 2 years ago. I am hoping this serves me as well on a long trip to China. I ordered it in my usual 7& 1/2 wide. It was too tight across the instep and cut into the top of my foot. I went up to 7 1/2 double wide. It seems comfortable, but a little looser than I'd like. The return service was WONDERFUL!!!

True to their word, Zappos found me the last mocha nubuck shoe in my size. It is beautiful, comfortable, heavenly to wear, and looks good with everything. You will be thrilled!

Stylish comfort -
This shoe felt and looked great from the moment I slipped it on - easy on and off, too! Only problem is that arch support is average. I like more because I have high arches. Also, have wide feet and the width was just what I hoped for. Enjoying this shoe and getting many compliments and it can be worn casually and at work.

No "Breaking-In Time"
These shoes are great right out of the box. They're a great fit, and really comfy. I've had several foot surgeries, so my feet are hard to fit. I took these out of the box, walked two miles to and from a gathering, and stood on my feet in them all evening. I can't usually do that. They look good, too, with almost any outfit. The one complaint I have is that they could have a bit more arch support. I'll definitely be looking at more SoftWalk shoes.

Cute, but -
I bought these shoes based on the reviews that said this shoe had excellent arch support. I was disappointed to discover it has absolutely no arch support at all. If you look from the heel to the toe of the shoe itself, you can see that the footbed has no rise at the arch and is completely flat. If you are looking for arch support, these shoes are not for you, particularly if you have a high arch.

This shoe runs "short" and a tad bit narrower than other Softwalk styles-sadly have to send back. Usually 11.5WW works perfectly, but not with this shoe. I was disappointed because I bought them in black and brown. The style is a lot cuter on and offers the versatility of wearing with skirts AND pants for a nice look. I also travel a lot and getting them on and off easily in security lines is a plus.

Most comfortable shoe I have ever worn - I was glad to see a more modern looking shoe that can be worn with a skirt or jeans, in a wide width. I am on my feet most of the day and this is the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. The fit is very true to size.

Good "on your feet at work" shoe. I've had trouble with my heels, so I needed a slingback that could go with fall office clothes. This was comfortable from the first day, and has the nice feature of putting the velcro on the side where it doesn't snag stockings. I though it felt a little small, but I think now my foot was swollen, since it's fine this week. I didn't realize from the picture that the strap is diagonal instead of straight across, but that's more comfortable, somehow.

Nice looking, poor fitting - The color of the nubuck was quite fetching – very autumnal and great with brown, gray, green, or navy. But too short in the length. I normally wear an 11.5WW and this felt a 1/2 size too short. My heel was resting right at the back rim – not a comfy place. The velcro strap works well. Sadly must return because of fit.

Comfort for the sole - I love the cushion platform of this shoe. It was like walking on a cloud. The part of the shoe that goes across the toes, however, is a little tight and it felt like I couldn't get my toes all the way forward in the shoe. I wear a 6.5 or 7, depending on the shoe, and first ordered a 7, which was too big, and then ordered a 6.5, which was tight across the toes. I'm sure I'll stretch them to fit as the leather is so soft, but these are not shoes I could wear for long periods of time without breaking them in. Sad too as I bought them to wear on a long distance flight with lots of airport walking.

They look great and I was really excited to find that the straps fit great even with my cankles and high instep. (Yes, I said cankles) My problem is that they are not very comfortable to walk in for very long because I am used to arch support and more padding between my foot and heel.

This is the shoe I love the most for work. I have long narrow feet (10.5 AA) with bad toes (corns and such). I can wear this shoe without pain and is looks nice with pants. It was true to size and width.

This shoe is comfortable and functional. It is cute, but a little plain. This is great if you are not on your feet all day, but if you are walking and standing a moderate amount, it is very comfortable.

Darling Shoe!
I love this shoe, but have to return it because the top strap is too long and cannot be made any shorter over my foot. I am afraid to try a size smaller for fear it will be too tight. Thank You Zappos for letting me try so many different pairs of shoes for my hard to fit, wide foot.

The perfect shoe! I needed something versatile, comfortable and flattering. This shoe fits the bill. It dresses up or down, is light weight, yet cushioned enough for a long day on a trade show floor, and flatters my size 10.5 foot – a size that is so hard to find. It actually comes in that size! It packs easily. There is plenty of toe room and an adjustable instep strap. It became my favorite shoe the minute I took it out of the box and slipped it on. I have a closet full of "comfort shoes" that just don't measure up for either comfort or style.

I just received this shoe and it fits perfectly. It is more stylish than a loafer and looks great with pants and skirts. I have a very wide foot that is difficult to fit. SoftWalk shoes offer the width I need without compromising on the arch support or instep comfort.

Whee!
I have a terrible time finding shoes, much less comfortable ones, much less ones that can be worn with almost anything except a very serious suit or formal dress. Got these shoes today and have been wearing them around the house and to walk to the store. They fit like a glove right out of the box, almost as if they were custom made to fit my foot! What could be more fabulous?
