Walking On Air -
This shoe is wonderful! It is like walking on air, even though it is a heel! Very comfortable, even after walking around the store. I plan to buy another pair. I have a wide foot and it is nice to be able to get a great looking and comfortable shoe in a wide that fits my foot.

Okay, but won't buy again -
I'm a fan of Sofft shoes... these were in the same price range so I thought I'd try them. They're just okay. The heel is not placed correctly for me so I have to be careful not to twist an ankle. The padding in the shoe is VERY comfy, but it is not connected and pulls out every time I take them off. There are also a couple of spots that rub a bit. Like I said... just okay. I'll go back to Sofft.

Received my Softwalk shoes after agonizing (literally) hours searching for a comfortable but stylish shoe that looks good with slacks, yet has the comfort of a sneaker!!! If you can relate to this than this is the shoe for you. When ordering I would suggest getting your true size. All the cushioning takes up room so if you are like me in between sizes, go with the higher size. I have them in black suede/leather, and navy leather and am about to order brown suede and maroon!!! Sturdy, comfortable construction with style and grace! Thank you Softwalks and my husband for finding them for me at Zappos!!!

Cute Shoe - This shoe looks great and I've received many compliments. I've worn them with both dress pants and dressy jeans. The toe box is a bit narrow, but I usually go for shoes with bigger toe boxes, so it may be just me. Other than that, I'm really happy with this shoe.

I bought these on a whim because I wanted a navy blue shoe for dress pants. I was hesitant but went based on the reviews. The color was not really what I would call navy blue, it was more of a blue green. The fit was about 1/2 size too large and the front of the shoe is a little more elongated than I like. Despite the fact they didn't fit and I did return them, the inside was like heaven. I've never felt such a wonderful insole. Amazing!!! I can see why these would be so comfortable.

Great work shoe - I've been looking for awhile for a nice work shoe in a size 12W that was cute and comfortable. This is it! I can wear them all day and still be comfortable.

Absolutely gorgeous - Even better than the pic, these patent leather shoes in black and gray have a beautiful and subtle metallic sheen to them. Wear ALL DAY, super comfy, gorgeous with pants or jeans especially. Wish they had them in a really good red!

Great if you are on your feet all day!
I was looking for a very comfortable dress shoe to wear with pants for trade shows. 7 hours on thin carpet, on a cement floor will kill your feet. These shoes are REALLY comfortable. I'm plus size so there is even more stress on my feet. They feel as good at the end of the day as they do at the beginning.

The shoe pad was very comfortable. They are not very high on the appearance level but they are comfortable enough for an 8-hour work day. I would not recommend walking 'long distances' in this shoe, though.

I really, really wish this shoe fit. I take a 5.5W, but I got a 6 intending to wear with socks. It was just too big and they don't make the 5.5 in wide. It broke my heart to return them, they are sooo comfortable. Like walking on a feather bed! They look great in pants, jeans, skirts, and they are not at all clunky. Enjoy!

These shoes are a dream! So comfortable, I can wear them all day. I actually bought them for work because I think they look quite professional with trousers. This is by far the best fitting shoe I have every purchased.

This shoe has all the comfort you need to wear for long periods of time and lots of walking, without having to compromise style. Extremely comfortable and fits my high instep and wide foot (often Sofft doesn't work with my instep). After two weeks of lots of wear, there are no signs of stretching out, making the heel slip, which often happens when accommodating my wide foot. Bought them in 2 colors... black patent and burgundy - perfect for fall.

Whew, these are nice!
I'd have to agree with the previous reviewer. I have bad bunions and I can't wear hardly any shoes, including flats except for tennis shoes, but these are fabulous! Like walking on air. True to size, no breaking in, absolutely wonderful. I got the black patent and they look great. Already had many compliments on first day of wearing...

Inadequate arch support -
If you need more arch support than the normal person, this shoe will not work for you. My arches collapse (overpronate) when I walk and I need heavy duty arch support. Over 80% of reviewers said this shoe had "excellent arch support", but I guess that's coming from people who don't really need any arch support. This shoe is soft and plush, but that's it. It's also not nearly as cute in real life. It looks more matronly than I expected.

Perfect everyday work shoe -
I received this shoe really fast and was impressed with the quality and comfort. It is the most expensive shoe I have ever purchased, but they are worth every cent. You feel like you're walking on air with these shoes.
