I am so thrilled with my first Zappos experience. I have looked at your site in the past but never ordered. Wednesday I spent 2 hours (through the day) on your website picking out the perfect Keens (3 pair). I got my shoes yesterday!! What a treat, I am about to repaint my toes to match the Birkenstocks I got too. I ordered the Birkenstocks about about 7:30 central time on Wed. (after seeing them on a friend) and still got them yesterday. I love fun, funky "comfort shoes" and I really will be a customer for life. Thank you for caring about your jobs and business so much. The website is amazing too; all the views are perfect for a thorough shop shopper like me. I will tell all my friends about my Zappos experience, in fact one is coming over after the carpool this morning to see my cute shoes!!! Have an awesome day, you surely have made mine.
