These boots are beautiful, the fleece luxurious and comfy, as is always the case with Ugg boots, but they do run a bit on the small size. I'm normally a 7 or 7.5, but in these, I had to get an 8. Sadly, I had to return the 8s as well; the fit was just too restrictive/narrow, and the seam that runs around your ankle was uncomfortably tight on the top of my foot. I'll probably end up going with the Sunburst Ugg as it's a more typical, loose-fitting Ugg winter boot than these. (But if they fit you, go for it; they're very yummy!)

These shoes are a lot more durable than the classic uggs! Not to mention more attractive. Really great for cold weather. I normally wear a size 6.5 and ordered a 6 and it fits perfectly. Got them on sale, awesome bargain. I love Zappos!

I am extremely satisfied - these boots feel wonderful. Zappos has excellent speedy service. I cant wait till the weather changes to wear them ;) They feel so comfortable like they were made especially for me!

These boots are so very comfortable, I can\'t wait for cold weather to be able to wear them. Also Zappos service is the best as always, I ordered them and received them in about 16 hrs.

This is my very first pair of Uggs. I'm not a jump on the band wagon type of person so I waited to see if these were the real deal or just another passing fad. I love quality, and don't mind spending a little extra for a well made well crafted item. I must say I was pleasantly surprised when I received my boots. The boots are great inside and out, and fit true to size with a little extra. I have a wide foot so I was concerned that the medium width would be too tight, but they feel great. I have had no problems with the laces coming undone or the beads breaking. I bought the chocolate boots to go with a shearling coat, and the color is spot on. Thank you Zappos for carrying such a wide variety of items, in a wide range of sizes. You have definitely gained a repeat customer in me, and not to rush away the warm weather months, but I look forward to when it gets cold enough to be able to wear them again.

Ugg Bind Boot- It feels so good!
I never thought I would like a pair of uggs, but I love this boot! It is comfortable beyond compare, and the good thing about the bind is the real sole. It helps to provide more support than the others. Because they don't do half sizes, I ordered a 10 instead of sizing down to a 9. I feel like I made the right decision.

Love them....they are so comfortable and warm...without being too warm...They stretch a little after you wear them for awhile so don't worry if they feel snug at first. I would get them again!

Ugg's Ultimate Bind -
I have had a favorite pair of winter boots for several years that were comfortable, very warm and waterproof. When they wore out the manufacturer no longer made them and I was sure I would never find anything to replace them. I ordered Uggs Ultimate Bind and cannot be happier. They are very comfortable and absolutely toasty. We've had some of our coldest winter weather since I got them and my feet stayed extremely warm. I've also had many compliments on how cute they are.

So comfy, looks great, and warm. But if you get them in black wear black socks otherwise you will have black feet. I have gone Ugg crazy I have 5 different styles.

Great Boots!
These are wonderful. Comfortable, warm, and great looking. I wear orthotics, so it was important that I could remove the insole and use my orthotics. Many compliments on the look! Highly recommend. Zappos is the best also!

Just like slippers!!!
I am from Ireland and had some family visiting in Boston. So I paid for my Uggs on line with Zappos and had them posted to my brother in law’s house (in Boston) then my mother in law took them home for me. They fit like gloves and feel as comfortable as slippers. I can’t take them off!!! Loving my boots!!! Delivery only took about 3-4 days so anyone who had someone on holidays for a week could do this. They cost a fraction of what they would have cost here! Just Google a shoe size converter and find your US size. I am normally a European size 38, which is a US 7 and they are perfect. Happy shopping . . . :)

Great boot -
Love the feel, look of the boot. To prevent laces from coming undone, simply tuck the beaded ends behind the crossed laces...no problems. Not as good as crampons, but ok traction on ice, too.

Great boot -
I received this boot as a Christmas present, and I must say that I'm very happy. They are warm and comfortable. However I had a problem with the laces. One broke after having them for three days. Zappos sent another pair of boots because that did not have replacement laces. A pleasure doing business with Zappos. My suggestion to the manufacture is to somehow make the laces out of better leather. Otherwise the boots are great. I wear them without socks and they are a little big because they are soft. So if you’re going to wear them without socks, I suggest a half size smaller.

I LOVE these boots. I was unsure at first, thinking that I was spending an awful lot of money for a pair of boots. But from the moment I tried them on; I knew that I was keeping them. Living in Buffalo, especially during this especially cold winter, I couldn't have made a better choice. They are true to size and my feet have never been so warm and as dry as they have this winter. The style is a very attractive one and I have gotten many compliments on them. I absolutely cannot say enough about these boots and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This boot is great for snowy winters it has a sole that comes up so the boot itself doesn't get as wet - very comfortable.

I wear size 8.5 normally...I ordered these in size 8 and they fit beautifully. I would suggest ordering the suede protector as well. They are very warm and extremely comfortable.

I spent a week looking for a particular Columbia boot that I loved, but that for some reason was unobtainable (and still is) in any size that a normal person would wear. Out of frustration, I ordered these Ugg boots from Zappos. I thought, "$200, that's ridiculous, I’m sending the Uggs right back", But then I tried them on. Heaven! They are SO comfortable, so warm and snug, and they look so cute that I couldn't return them. I love these boots. Oh, the cheaper pair from the other site? I kept them - they were only $40 - but there's a tear in the lining already. The Uggs will last forever and since I treated them to be waterproof. I expect they'll stay warm and snug.

These boots were overpriced. They are not comfortable. They are not as well made as other shearling boots I have bought in the past.

Cute, well made, comfortable, and warm. This particular Ugg boot fits one full size smaller than marked; had to return first pair for a full size larger. But Zappos made this very easy.

Look great... but tie-ups won't stay tied. Beads broke quick -
These boots look great, but there are some issues with construction. The leather ties up the back will not stay tied. Also, the beads on the ties break quickly.

Almost Totally Awesome -
The boots are comfy but the laces untie easily and I have stepped on the beads breaking several of them. Easy enough to replace though so I'm still happy about my first pair of UGG boots.
