Perfection! I ordered this bag because I was looking for a nice, rugged "do-it-all" bag that I could carry my laptop in when traveling, but also one that would work for quick weekend trips. If you know Keen products, you will be pleased that the quality stands up in this bag as well. One issue to point out is that the straps aren't cushy like you may want for a long trip (backpacking, etc.). But for what I needed, it was perfect. Great design, tons of room, and pretty nice to look at too. I ordered two because I couldn't decide on which color combo I liked the best - I'm keeping them both! Zappos is the first place I go to, and it's come to be the ONLY place lately! Thanks for the outstanding service and product.

The service I received from Stacey E was super duper. I called after placing the order to say that the package was promised to arrive by 10:30 a.m next day, and it arrived at 10:18 a.m.\r\nI expressly asked for solid black shoulder straps, and she located the exact request I made. The bag is as super duper as Stacey.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: I own both the Keen Thurmans, one in black and one in dark green. Love everything about their versatile features.

Great bag! I use this bag as my carry on travel bag for long trips or an extra roll-up bag in my suitcase. Great design with the rubber bottom to avoid absorbing anything and getting dirty. I've been using this bag for almost a year and it gets better as it breaks in. It's adjustable and comfortable...

Nice Bag -
The bag is nice and roomy, it is built strong and tough and can take a beating. The only down side to it, is that it really isn't meant to get wet, and it says to keep dry. If I'm out and about, I don't want a bag I have to worry about getting wet and maybe it will rain and all. Other than that I really like the bag and would recommend it to people who are traveling light.
