The boots do come in a little narrow, but if you wear them around the house they will loosen up. I would suggest getting your actual size, though, because mine have widened out enough that I could wear my true size.

I am lovin' my new Uggs! They go with everything: my skinny jeans & all my skirts. They are oh so warm and what I like most about them is that they're different and a little more sophisticated than the traditional Uggs. Based on previous reviews and the additional fleece insoles I planned to use, I ordered a size 10 when I usually wear a size 8-8 1/2. Without the insoles they would be too large, but with them they are just right.

These boots are really cute. I am usually an 8 1/2 or a 9, so based on other reviews suggesting to size up, I stuck with the 9 which seems perfect. They are not lined as plush and cozy as the classic Ugg boots. Also, as I read in other reviews, the boots will probably slouch as they do not seem to have as much support as I wish they did. The base of the shoe, which is leather, seems very sturdy. They are not very snug in the calf, I wish they were more form fitted. Over all I do like them, though. I had read reviews & I am also hoping they are warm enough as the weather gets colder.

Love my boots! They feel great and fit wonderfully. I have a narrow foot and normally order them if I have that option. This pair did not come in narrow and they feel snug, but it's a good snug. I almost think I could have worn an 11 and might try a different size if I order another pair of Uggs.

I just love these boots so much I bought them in brown and black. I ordered a 7 which is my normal size and they fit fine. They look great under or over pants and very comfortable. I own at least 10 pairs of Uggs and these are my favorite. I have not tested them out in the bitter Chicago cold yet so I don't know if they will keep my feet as warm as the fully lined ones. But for fall weather or just day to day wear they are wonderful.

I like these boots. Fits my calf well, not to tight or loose. They come with 2 different insoles, which is nice. Pretty comfortable. My feet are super sensitive and it's hard to find a comfortable shoe. So far I'm satisfied with these Uggs. Can wear with jeans, dress or skirt.

First off, Zappos customer service is fantastic, enough said. I ordered the Brookfield in a larger size based on other reviews, but it wasn't necessary for me. I usually wear an 8.5, so I ordered a 9; the 9 was huge. I thought the width was fine, and the interchangeable soles were great. Sadly though, these will have to go back. I think I might reorder in an 8 because the style is great; not too clunky looking and the shaft is a nice, soft suede. Really did like them!

Dress 'em up or down -
I purchased the Ugg Brookfield and the Santana Vermont at the same time; while the Santana was very open about being waterproof (which I wanted) I decided to keep these Uggs instead. While I've not worn them out in full-blown rain or snow and still don't know the waterproof level, I must say that I'm very happy with them. As other reviewers have said, they are a bit snug when you first wear them, but after a few wears they stretch and loosen. Mine are quite comfortable now. I got an 8.5 (normally wear and 8) and while I’ve got plenty of toe area, they still are a bit narrow so it works. I wear them over and under jeans - and that's REGULAR jeans. I'm not into that skinny jean business so I was happy to finally find a boot that looks ok over regular jeans. That said, I think they would still look good with skirts and skinny jeans as the circumference is not too big.

My new best friend -
I brought these brown and I love them.They go with any and everything. Honestly I wear a size 8 1/2 and I had to get a size 9 which fits perfect.They are cut narrow, but after wearing them a few times I don't want to take them off.These boots are my BFF. Got lots of compliments on them and I wore them on a very cold snowy day and my feet stayed dry and warm. Well worth the price.

Stylish Uggs -
Very nice under jeans and not bulky. I am small so regular Uggs look dumpy on me. These Uggs are narrower and look cowboyish/classy on...Not too tall as I have short legs and wide for my larger calves. Fur lined inside to make them warm and cozy yet still looking hot!

I usually love the feel of Uggs -
I expected the full inside to be lined as most of Ugg boots are. This style was not lined in the foot where the leather is. Arch is too flat.

Great boot -
I love impractical pretty shoes so winter boots are a tough buy for me. So I have embraced the utilitarian qualities of these Uggs. I wore them to Wyoming and no slipping and no cold feet. They were a little tight for the first hour and after that they are perfect. I even wear them when there is no snow, just because I like the way they look with jeans!

These boots are great! I have worn them almost every day. Highly recommend them. Just a note, I typically wear a 7.5 shoe and ordered an 8.5 boot and they fit perfectly.

Well worn in Chicagoland -
Just love my Uggs. As advised bought a half-size up. At first I thought they were a bit narrow, but the more I wore them the better they felt. My first wear was on a snowy cold Saturday on Michigan Ave. Not only were they comfortable and warm, but my feet were dry walking thru the curbside slush. Thanks to Zappos, my boots were delivered to my door in a size and style I could not find at retail stores. This has been one of the coldest winters.

Finally broke down and got Uggs -
My first pair after many years of buying all the imitations. My son just got engaged and this was a present for MOM. They are fabulous, comfortable, soft and in size 11. The immediate delivery from Zappos was great.

Love these comfy boots -
These are 'dressier' that the all-suede, original UGG boots. Yet their low heel makes them comfy. Quality made. Look nice with pants. They are 'pull-on' so not tight-fitting through the calf, and don't come clear up to your knee in height. I have noticed you need to wear them under a fuller-leg pant...or tuck in marrow leg pants. Also...I have narrow feet. These boots come with 2 different insoles. I was able to put in both insoles in, making these boots fit perfectly. Ran a little small. Order 1/2 - 1 size larger.

My new favorite boots!
These are my new everyday boots. They look great with pants over them or tucked into them. I like the look of them because they don't have the giant toe box that a lot of Uggs have. I have very athletic legs, so I often have trouble finding boots that fit my calves. These fit perfectly.

These are beautiful, well made, and extremely comfortable boots. The toe is somewhat squared leaving room for my toes. My only "complaint" which is not even that is the shaft is very soft and slouchy so you can scrunch it down if you want; this also makes it collapse when one tries to pull jeans OVER the boot but is a minor inconvenience, I just roll my jeans over them. I ordered a 9.5 and probably could have done with a 9 (my normal size) but the boots are not too large, there is just a little extra room in the toe, boots fit snug and my feet don't slide. With the removable sheepskin inserts in place they are great without socks too! And very warm.

The perfect boot -
This is the pair of boots I have been looking for. They have a very roomy toe area and are extremely comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I love the heel as it gives me some height without hurting my feet. They can be dressed up or down. Great boot. I would definitely order them in brown also.

These slippers are really cute and cozy. They do run a little bit small, though, which is why I give them a 4 for comfort. I wear a 10 and the XL is a bit too short, though width is fine.

I loved the look and style of this boot. It was delivered just in time for my vacation. The shoe is warm and comfortable. BUT I have a high in-step and the boots were tight when I first got them. My left foot still is uncomfortable when I wear them. Other than that I love them.

Very Comfortable!!
These are by far the most comfortable boots I own. I had read reviews about the size being a bit small, but I ordered my regular size and it was a perfect fit. I replaced the leather insoles with the sheepskin which made them very cozy and warm.
