Love these boots. Have walked miles in them and they are comfortable, warm and fashionable enough to wear every day in NYC. Happy to have winter boots that aren\'t bulky or heavy. Have recommended them to all my friends!

Perfect! That sums up this boot and Zappos.com. This is my second pair of Uggs. I bought the Trotten last year; loved and had to try the Brookfield. The fit is great and the comfort is incomparable. I need a warm boot with good rubber sole for the winters here and this boot is just the ticket! And who can beat Zappos excellent service? I shop online for many items and your attention to customer service far exceeds any out there. Upgraded shipping (I got the boots the very next day!), I commend you for being the best. You have created a loyal customer for life.

I love these boots. I've never had a pair of Uggs before (I think some of them are ugly for a person of my age), but I've heard how warm they are and so I thought I'd give it a shot. My feet felt right at home the moment I put them on. And they are warm, much to my delight. I've gotten many compliments on them in my day to day travels. So others think they look good, too. Sometimes I even wear them around the house because of their comfort and warmth. By the end of a full day of wearing them, I do experience a little pain on the balls of my feet, but I think that is a quirk of my own sort of wide foot construction. I am most happy with this purchase and also with the excellent help from Zappos reps who helped me to zero in on the right size. The only reason for the four star rating is that end of the day pain I have. If not for that, it would be five stars all the way.

Brookfield Uggs -
I love my Brookfield Uggs. I ordered my usual size. Although, since sometimes I wear an 8, sometimes an 8-1/2, I went with the 8-1/2 and they are perfect. The 8 would have been too small, I reckon. Recommend going a 1/2 size larger if your regular size fits snug with some shoes/boots. They are comfortable and great looking. Wore them on a plane, with the sheepskin innersole, and no socks. Worked well going through security at the airport - easy off easy on. Worn with jeans or dress pants, they look fabulous. Can wear them all day. I have plantar fasciitis, and my feet feel great in the boot. Love having 2 types of innersoles to wear for different occasions - the hard sole works better with socks.

Just what I was looking for -
I have been looking for a boot to wear both in the snow and on cold days. These boots fit the bill. I live in Maryland and we don't get heavy snowfall every year. The boots are great with jeans, pants, and skirts. I'm a true size 8. I can wear the fur innersole with thin trouser socks, not heavy socks. The boots were still warm enough when it snowed.

The Fit -
Initially a good fit, but after wearing for a very short period of time, it stretched in the fit. A little loose now, but still comfortable.

Pretty good -
I bought these boots to wear on a trip to Milwaukee in the month of January. These boots looked good with every outfit and kept my feet dry and warm! They also have good traction on the bottom which kept me from slipping on ice. Downside to these is that the top of the boot is a little too loose for my taste and after doing a lot of walking-the arch of my feet hurt...could be easily fixed with a different insole. Overall, I'm happy with them.

Ugg Brookfield -
I really liked these boots, because I could wear them casually and dress them up. When I dress them up I am able to get style with comfort which I couldn't with my higher heeled boots. They were a little narrow for me, but I have a very wide foot; however, after wearing them they stretched to fit comfortably to my foot. I can wear them with or without socks. I usually wear a very thin sock since they are not entirely line. I really love them and especially enjoy the comfort.

The best boot I've bought in a long time for a cold, snowy, New York winter. The removable "fuzzy" insoles make them wearable in the rain when the weather is warmer as well. I've gotten lots of compliments on these.

Overall, this a nice casual boot. I live in upper midwest and the boot keeps my feet warm while running errands, etc. I like Ugg boots but wish that the sizing was always 'true'. I have several different pair and find that the fit is quite different when the size is the same. This time I ordered 1/2 size larger and found that the boot felt 1/2 size larger.

This boot is not as comfortable as I thought it would be. It is warm and wearable just a bit disappointing. Also, Ugg sells inserts for different foot types with arches, etc. Zappos should make this clear. I bought my inserts at the walking store and the boots fit and feel so much better with arch support.

Love My UGGS!
I've avoided Uggs because they were too wide and too flat to fit me comfortably. This has been our coldest winter in years and I was tired of having cold feet. After reading the reviews, I decided to give these a try and am so glad I did! They are narrower than classic Uggs and the removable innersole gives you the option of either fleece or leather. I've suffered from plantar fasciitis, and the leather innersole provided the arch support that I need while still keeping my foot warm enough. Today I wore my boots while snow tubing and stood for several hours on packed slushy snow. My feet stayed warm and dry. My daughter wore her Uggs classics, and her feet were wet. These boots have enough tread to keep you from falling on snowy icy sidewalks, while still looking dressy enough to wear to work. I followed the suggestions of others and ordered a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear, and they fit great with socks. I love them!

Snazzy and comfy -
This boot is much more attractive than my other Uggs. A little snug at first but stretching to fit quite nicely. I did expect the entire foot to be surrounded with fleece. Only the bottom has the fleece. Still all in all very nice and almost dressy!

Love them!
Needed a snow boot that looked good with dress slacks as well as jeans, wanted the comfort of Ugg but not the traditional look of Ugg and these fit the bill!! They do squeak a little when I walk, not sure why that is? But overall comfort is wonderful!! I find myself wearing them long after I get home because they are so comfortable and warm!! I usually wear a size 8 1/2 but ordered a 9 and they fit well. I may have been able to get away with an 8 1/2 but over all I couldn't be happier!!

Nice looking boot. They are not as comfortable as my other traditional looking uggs, but they are still comfortable and a bit dressier which is nice. More snug fitting that the traditional uggs. Note: the sheepskin lining is only on the leg part of the boot, not the foot part. There is a sheepskin insole which is optional.

Nice, light-weight boot -
Love this boot--I ordered up 1/2 a size and found it's width to be just right. Another web site said that these run really narrow--I don't agree--they are narrower than the traditional Uggs, but were not "Nike narrow." Looks great with jeans even though they don't have a heel, keep my feet warm!! I've worn them out whale watching, I'm planning on wearing them in Chicago and bringing them to Utah to wear out when I'm not skiing!!

Well made, good looking boot!
Great looking boots for town or country. Very comfortable foot bed and heel well. Quality look, substantial treads without looking bulky. They look great with jeans. A little narrower than expected in medium width, otherwise true to size. I would definitely buy these again.

Great boots for many reasons -
I like these boots for many reasons - well-fitting half size, great tread for slippery areas, warm interchangeable insole, easy to put on and take off, style. I have looked for boots for a long time and these ones are versatile and look great for my trips to NY in the winter. I have even had occasion to wear them in Florida with the insole that is not as warm!

Positively GREAT!
I really can't say enough about this boot. It's easy to get on and off. It cradles your foot and the fuzzy footbed keeps your feet warm when needed and not uncomfortable if you are wearing them inside. I liked them so well that I came back and ordered a second pair. I now have the black and brown. They are stylish, well made and really worth the money, but I plan on wearing them for many seasons and years to come. I stayed with my shoe size which is a 7.

Classy and casual -
I was looking for a boot that I could wear with jeans and long skirts, and this is it. Not the typical Ugg slipper look, much more of a stream line fitted look. Very sophisticated and functional!

The perfect winter boot!
I am 55 years old and I still want to look stylish as well as staying warm and comfortable when wearing jeans or dressing casually. These boots fit that bill perfectly! I am planning to get them in brown also. I have narrow feet so I was worried they would be wide but with a sock they just right. I also love the fact that 2 different foot bed liners are included. That way I can travel with them and if it gets warmer or colder just change out the liners respectively. I also love Zappos service!

Love the boot. I have owned other Ugg boots. These have a great style to them, a rugged boot look yet a casual look at the same time. It's a nice change from the regular looking Ugg boots. They fit just like a regular boot should fit, tight around the arch and a little lift in the heel. Really love the boots. I'm very pleased with the service I get from Zappos. I have bought numerous pairs of shoes from them; never a problem returning them and every order was received within a few days. They have a very wide selection and another plus is they carry brands I can't seem to find in shoe stores or major department stores, i.e. Mephisto and North Face. Thanks Zappos.

 |  | My order was placed on a Thursday at about 4pm and the shoes were on my porch the same time the VERY next day. Right after I ordered them you sent an email stating that the order was being shipped out right away with NO EXTRA CHARGE TO ME. This excellent customer service must cease at once. I am just not used to it. The shoes were ordered for me to wear to my daughter's wedding and I was hoping that I didn't wait too long to find dressy shoes for my wide feet. The shoes are lovely and perfect.I have ordered from Zappos in the past and as I recall was equally pleased, and have spread the word about Zappos’ quality and customer service (esp. to my wide footed friends).
