Relaxed and simple -
Good fitting shoe with the right amount of cushioning. Very comfortable and I really like the simple look with a few touches of unique features like the perforated leather and the strap.

Zappos, funny name. Unfunny service! I ordered my puma slip ons late one evening and they were to my door the next day. I received emails regarding my purchase along with a tracking number instantly. I opted for regular ground shipping but to my surprise Zappos upgraded my shipping to next day, free of charge! WOW, I am a Zappos customer for life! I am a real consumer and Zappos is true about customer service and their products. Just look at all their certifications; Better Business Bureau, Circle of Excellence, etc.... As a consumer I want quality products but combine that with first class service and you'll see what I mean!! Kudos to Zappos!!
