Less chunky than they look -
Love these pricey high vamp shoes... I see that I am buying them several years after they were initially introduced, must be a real keeper. Bought them in black and bought a half size larger as recommended and they fit great. The foot padding is very good. Since the shoe ties on it stays on your foot. Wish the manufacturer made other colors. Fun, flirty, and fashionable.

I have been bad bad girl!
I bought these with the best of intentions. I read the reviews and I just knew I would be returning them. Based on the reviews, I should have been ordering a 37, but there was on a 36 left--my normal European size. I can’t say that I am a standard size six, but I am a true size 36. Yeah they were marked down, but its Christmas time and spending so much money on myself at Christmas! Shame on me. But they were just so cute; I had to see them in person. Well I am keeping them. The 36 fits just like a glove. And speaking of gloves, OMG this leather is NICE! I compare this shoe to my Manolos, EXCEPT these are even better because of the padding in the footbed. Don’t get me wrong, I still love my Manolos, but Tarym Rose puts PADDING in the foot bed! I have arthritis, bad-- no I am not old, I am in my 30's--- and unless it’s Birkies, most shoes are an exercise in pain for me. I think I could wear these all day with minimal issues. The heel is great, not too high, and not too low. When you have a small foot anything over three inches is comical. The shoes are funky and chunky, something that I have always loved, and frankly would have sought in my 20's. They are just superior in every way! Taryn Rose had me at hello!
Now about ZAPPOS! OMG! I have been a customer for many years, but they surpassed their wonderful service this time. I ordered these Tuesday NIGHT and they were here Wednesday! Less than 24 hours! I have never seen a Zappos shoe for more than $5 over the retail price and when you take into account the free shipping, both ways, as well as the convenience, how can you fault them? But then, when you shop their sale items! Well that just speaks for itself! I am a Zappos customer for life. Thank you Zappos! You Rock!

This shoe is one of the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. I don't know why Taryn Rose doesn't make more color choices. These are so cute on not dowdy like most of her shoe.

I have both the black/white and the brown. With the brown I would go 1 full size up if your feet are on the wide side; with the black/white, I would go 1/2 size up. I think maybe the leather on the brown ones is less pliable. Again, comfortable and stylish. Expensive, but worth it.

Love at first sight -
I normally can't walk in 3 inch heels, but these just work. They will still hurt after a while, but they are not killer heels by any means. I snagged the last pair of size 8 last year before I knew Zappos existed, so I can just barely tie them (I should be an 8 1/2). But no regrets, I've worn these to some swanky places and I love them dearly. Taryn Rose and Chie Mihara are pretty much all the shoes I need (hint, hint Zappos...)

The Perfect Shoe!
I saw this shoe last season in a department store in Atlanta. Someone was trying it on and I commented on how smart it looked--the customer was commenting on how amazing it felt to walk in it. They did not have my size--at a 9 1/2/10, I needed the 41 (it does run small). It went on sale in several retail stores, Zappos last week. Although I do not like that the price is still much higher for a shoe that was last season, it is worth the comfort and timeless style that this shoe affords.

I have five pairs of Taryn Rose shoes and love them. But this shoe disappointed on all fronts. It ran so small (although my toes went to the end at the exact right point...) I couldn't even lace the shoe up due to the two-inch gap. I own several other pairs of heels that lace and have never had this problem before. Because I ogled this shoe for six months before I bought it, I am especially bummed.
Nothing on this darling shoe worked for me.

Luxuriousness!
These shoes have the softest leather I have ever felt in a shoe....I wore them for several hours, standing, no foot pain! Great shoes!

I bought these shoes. The fit was wonderful, attractive. Some Taryn Rose shoes feel sloppy on the foot. This shoe gave a great amount of support, there was no sliding around. Unfortunately the heel was too high for me. I wish she would make more shoes like this with lower heels, support and in different colors. Most of Taryn Rose shoes look dowdy and make your foot look extra big, long and wide due to the style. I am in hopes Zappos will forward this to the designer.

LOVE these shoes!
What a hot look. Taryn Rose's shoes can be rather dowdy, but not this one. Incredibly comfortable especially given the height of the heel.

 |  | I have never been a big online shopper until I recently found myself with little time to go out and shop. I was browsing around for some boots online one day and after noticing my boss frequently getting Zappos packages, I decided to check you out. I found some great boots but they were a tad too small when I got them yesterday. I was bummed thinking I'd have to wait several more days to get my boots but I ordered the next size up last night at 10:00. I woke up to an email this morning saying my shipping was upgraded to priority shipping free of charge and would ship out TODAY?! Not even twelve hours after I placed my order! I hardly had time to get the tape on the box to return the first pair of boots and my new ones should be on my front porch when I get home (I tracked them and they are out for delivery!)
