Disappointed -
I agree with others who said that the instep is high on this sandal, but the width of the footbed was narrower than other wides I have tried. There was also a piece of stitching in between the toe that was hard and prickly. Too bad because I love the look!

These sandals are really cute on, I bought the tan color and they are a little more orange than in the photo. I am usually a B width but purchased the wide based on other viewers comments and they fit perfectly, not too tight or too loose. The comfort is average, not a super comfy footbed but not at all uncomfortable. They would be cute with just about anything, dressed up or down.

I love these shoes! However, the wide width is not nearly wide enough. Wish Timberland would make the "wide" actually a wide and not just barely wider than regular width shoes

Cute but narrower than I'd hoped for -
Cute shoe. I'm curious about how wide the B width would be because I ordered the 8 Wide and my not-very-wide feet come right to the edges. The top fits nicely though and I have a high instep. I also had a very sharp thread that was protruding between the toes that I had to cut off. Pretty good arch support. Overall, not perfect but they are so darn cute that I will keep them and be happy.

A weird shoe -
I thought this sandal was so cute. But it was the strangest fitting thing I have ever seen Three feet could have gone in it & it was a med-B width. Had to go back.

Too Tight -
Cute shoes, comfortable except for the fact that the top is too tight, I really wanted to keep these, I ordered a 7.5 wide and the width fit and the length was fine, normally I'm a size 8. I wore them around the house for 2 days hoping the leather would stretch. They're going back. :(

The tan color just seemed off, and the design didn't look as cute in person as in the photo. I kept the Clarks thongs I ordered at the same time instead. Love Zappos for making that so easy!

LOVE THESE SHOES!
I normally wear an 8 regular or 7.5 wide in most shoes and have a pretty wide foot with a high arch. The 7.5 wide in these fit very well. They were a tiny bit too narrow but the top of the shoe fit very comfortably - no blisters, rub marks, etc. I loved them so much I bought the black and the brown. I get so many compliments when I wear them. Everyone asks where I got them - Zappos of course!

Sandal love...with a warning -
My, oh my, are these a comfy and wonderful shoe! Has a little arch support, a comfy foot bed, soft leather & a nice design...I want a pair in every color! Only complaint is what others have said...PLEASE: Someone tell TIMBERLAND a WIDE is a wide! NOT just a touch bigger than a regular width. I ordered a half-size larger, and the widest width but my toe is right at the edge. If these shoes weren't so fantastic, I'd have returned them.

Great shoe for summer -
I bought these sandals to go to Florida to wear with summer dresses. I ended up wearing them for the entire week, either with shorts or dresses. Very comfortable from the minute I put them on.

This sandal has so much room between the lower and the upper that I can't walk in them. I suspect they would be great for people with a very high instep.
Totally cute sandal, very comfortable to stand on. I just couldn't walk w/o the sandal flipping from side to side. Too bad, they're really cute.

I wore these to walk 2 miles the first day. Perfect. But... they are leather and have stretched out a bit. So they are a bit 'sloppy' feeling on my foot. Would suggest that if they are a tiny bit snug, don't worry - these will indeed stretch.

Wide is not wide - couldn't keep them -
These are cute, BUT the wide size is not a true wide. My foot hung over the edge and my foot is not even very wide. Also, there was something sharp sticking out of the thong piece that goes in between the toes. It was the end of the thread that was hardened with plastic or something. It poked my toe and was so uncomfortable that I could barely walk over to the mirror to see how they looked. I don't know if it could have been cut off. For this price?! Not worth it at all, sorry. I usually don't write such bad reviews, but I am very disappointed. Zappos is great though!

Love this shoe! I wore it all over DisneyWorld. I ordered it a half size larger than I normally wear based on feedback. I also ordered a wide because my foot was hanging off the front edge in the medium.

Ergonomically Correct -
These shoes are made very well, alleviating a lot of foot and leg pain. They are very stylish and comfortable. I have a narrow foot, so they are a little roomy on me, but I like it that way. I am buying another pair!!

Very flimsy.
This thong sandal is comparable to a very inexpensive sandal you could pick up at your local store. The pieces attached to the thong are not sturdy and slip and slide across the foot. At about $80, it's simply not a good buy.

I've gotten all sorts of compliments on these sandals; they're perfect with just about anything black, dressy or casual. Comfortable now, but did need a breaking-in. True to size for a me, a very typical 9M.

Don't Bother With 'Wide' Width -
I ordered a wide shoe and needless to say had to return it. The width is truly a medium. I don't have an overly wide foot, so, I was surprised and disappointed because the shoe is super cute otherwise.

Cute Summer Sandal -
I needed a white sandal for summer, but I do not like the look of a lot of white on a shoe. This shoe fit the bill. The sandal is well made and comfortable, and the amount of white is "just enough". I would definitely purchase this sandal in other colors if they had them in my size.

GREAT, but maybe not for high instep -
Like these much more in person than in photo. The square design looks very chic, sole is padded & comfortable, fit is good. Sometimes in hot weather my feet get a bit puffy & when that happens, the straps across the top feel snug - still wearable & pretty comfy, but snug. I still have to give these 5 stars!

Very classy looking thong. Could be dressed up or down. The bed of the shoe fit very well, had a good arch support, however, I had to return because the upper straps were way too loose. They stood about 1/2 an inch over the top of my foot. I have a narrow foot, so it may work well for people with wider feet.

I have a tough time finding cute shoes that fit. Love these sandals. The thing between my toes needed no breaking in, which is unusual. They are so comfortable and my high arches love the support. A+++!
