Basic, nice security purse but metal closure has limitations -
This purse looks just like the picture. The unique zipper style and metal mesh make this a great travel purse. I was concerned the metal mesh would cause problems at airport security but it went through with no problems! The interior of the purse is very basic, with small pockets inside to help organize your material. I do not carry a large collection of material (wallet, pen, cell phone, checkbook, lip balm, mints) and find the size and pocket organizers are enough. The strap is adjustable and allows easy across the shoulder carrying. My only complaint is that the front metal closure is already getting scratched after just a few weeks of use. I can foresee that this metal piece will cause me to stop using the purse sooner than the actual life of the other materials for aesthetic reasons. Given the price, I expected a better quality metal closure.

Nice little bag!
True to the description, it is small and sleek and fits close to the body. The H100 is great for city use and for women who don't have small children (and need to carry extra stuff). It is on the small side. I can only carry my wallet, sunglasses, phone, and a very small makeup bag. I just ordered the larger size H200 for travel. I need the extra space when I have my pre-schooler in tow.

 |  | I just want to compliment the Zappos team for the superb customer service I received recently. I recently attempted to return a pair of shoes for my daughter hoping to exchange them for a larger size. After a week of not hearing from Zappos regarding the status of my return, I called to check in to find out that they had no record of the return on their end. The gal I was speaking with (unfortunately I didn't get her name) offered to call UPS to locate my order. UPS also had no record of my order either. I was very frustrated and had no idea what happened to the shoes. She was so kind and reassuring that it was not a problem at all and would process the exchange any way!
