Sizing is off -
These shoes are great, but they run at LEAST a size too small. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5. I returned the 9.5 for a 10 (which I have never worn in my life) and even they are just barely long enough. If you can find the right size, the shoes are comfortable and look fabulous.
