Bought these in silver to wear at a wedding -- although they are very pretty in person the toe box is incredibly stiff and unforgiving. The shiny silver lining in the footbed is so smooth it made my feet slide forward into the already cramped toe box. I am returning them.

These shoes are absolutely beautiful. I bought them in silver for my mother to wear with her mother-of-the-bride dress for my wedding. From the day that I gave her the shoes, she looked at them every day and loved them more and more. They are lovely shoes, but feature a shorter heel which was ideal for my mother. The fit (both size and width) was true.

I have problems getting a decent fit in shoes. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this particular shoe was so comfortable and fit so beautifully. Zappo\'s was extremely helpful. My first order did not fit correctly, so they sent me a different size and all was well. With the free return this makes shopping more affordable.

Love these shoes. They look dressy without a high heel. I wear a wide shoe and these fit great without making my feet look wider, nice low vamp. After breaking them in a bit around the house, wore them to a long wedding event for 12 hours, no sore feet.

The delivery time was exceptional. I tried them on, a perfect fit, then put them away.\r\nI am 60 and overweight. These shoes were not only elegant, but very comfortable. They looked fabulous with my knee-length dress. I\'d recommend them and Zappos to anyone.

After reading the reviews on this shoe, I fully expected it to be perfect for me. I have a very narrow foot, ordered an 8 AA, and the shoe was too wide and did not fit snugly. The heel height was great, and I would have kept them if the fit were true to width. They are very pretty, and I wish they came in a narrower width.

Absolutely love these shoes! They are beautiful and perfect for special occasions etc. I ordered on a Saturday morning and they were here at my door on Monday morning!!!!!! I am three months post op from an ankle fracture cast etc. and didn't want to hobble through the malls in search of a new pair of dress shoes that would be comfortable for my still somewhat swollen surgical foot. I was thrilled when I found this shoe on the website and especially happy that I could order it in a C width because of my surgery. I am usually a B width but with the swelling issue these shoes are perfect, beautiful, and very comfortable plus I can adjust the heel strap! Once again Zappos came to my rescue. I also must mention that if I had to send these shoes back it would not have been an issue. Zappos has been great in the past and I felt confident that if I had to make a return the matter would be a simple process etc.

I was blown away at how beautiful these shoes were! I wore them to my son's wedding, and they were elegant and classy. VERY dressy, but so appropriate for an elegant wedding. I love the heel height and the daintiness of the shoes!

Silver Cinderella slippers!
I ordered these beautiful shoes to wear to my son's wedding. I have not worn them yet but they seem like they will be reasonably comfortable for a dressy day out. The low heel seems perfect for me! Looks nice with my pretty dress. I was delighted when they came. Only thing I wish was is that they were not sling-back heels but after all the searching I did, I am happy to have settled on these. REALLY pretty and feminine shoe. Foot bed insole seems a little slippery inside. Heel strap is adjustable!

Fancy but stiff -
This is a very cute flat, but the material is very stiff and inflexible. My toes are very uncomfortable in this shoe. I am actually a size 14M, but tried a 13 wide, desperate to find a dress flat. I bought a slingback to allow extra space at the back. It is a great looking shoe, but not comfortable. Probably great for an event if you don’t have to walk much. I really like the look, but I pay the price after wearing them.

Cute sensible shoe.
Finally a shoe that looks pretty and feels fairly comfortable on problem feet. I still needed an "arch cookie".

Zappos is the BEST -
This was my first order with Zappos. I was looking for closed toe silver shoes - you can only find sandal styles in the stores. What a selection from Zappos - I actually had quite a number to choose from. The J. Renee Verona will work perfectly for me. This is a beautiful shoe and the wide size fits very comfortable. Also, you just can't beat the Zappos service. Order it one day and it is there the next day or the day after. I will be back to order again.

Beautiful shoe -
I bought this to wear for my son's wedding. I had not worn any size of heel for many years and was worried that I would be sore the next day, even with this small heel. I wore these shoes for over 8 hours with not blisters or my feet hurting. I was very happy!

Lovely shoe, very dressy -
This is a lovely shoe. I went dancing in them and they were relatively comfortable for a first wear. The toe box is a little narrow but will probably stretch. The bottom of the heel seems to be a plastic and is a little slippery. The heel strap makes the shoe very secure and the heel height is a joy for older ladies. Overall a buy.

Nice pair of jeans. EXTREMELY DURABLE, very comfortable, good amount of stretch, but you might want to order a size up unless you like your pant legs up past your ankles. I wear a size 30 usually, but the 32 seemed to fit better lengthwise. The fit is good other than that though. Pretty slim, but not super tight, just good for skating and looking good. The only other precaution about these pants is that you should wash them three or four times before you wear them so they don't bleed. Also, freshen them up in the dryer or shake them out before wearing them. They seem to attract pet dander and lint pretty well. Other than that though, and excellent pair of jeans. Definitely worth the 40 dollars I paid for them on Active.

I ordered this shoe in a 7N Red, and it fits beautifully and is very comfortable. It will look wonderful with a red and white sundress that I will be wearing them with. I would have liked for the heel to be a touch higher, but it is still great! It is so nice to find a place where I can find Narrow Shoes, without being so limited in my selections. I even received the shoes before I had anticipated. Thanks Zappos for your prompt and very efficient service. You must have a fantastic "team" of employees working for you to provide the prompt and efficient service that I received from the beginning of the order to the end when I received the shoes. This is the 2nd pair of shoes I have ordered from you. Each time they look fine. The first pair had ridges inside of the shoes that irritated my foot on the inside. This 2nd pair seemed to irritate the foot where the design is at the toe area.
I realize that it very well could be my foots fault, so I did not blame it on the shoes.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
