What in the world has happened to Zappos? The reason I shop with Zappos is because of the overnight service. It took 5 days for me to get my order. I was very disappointed with the service. The handbag is nice and I kept it although someone must have previously returned it since the SAK tassel that hangs on the outside had been cut off.

Love this bag. It is a very good size to carry a wallet, water bottle and a few extras. The leather is soft to the touch and it stays on my shoulder.

I love this purse! It is the perfect size, with room for my book and lunch. The color is beautiful and not shiny, like the picture makes it look, and the leather is soft. Because of the light colored liner, I am no longer digging for my things. It is also very comfortable and stays on my shoulder.

I purchased the black purse. The purse looks better than the picture. You can tell that it was not made with cheap leather. Very impressed with the design. The only thing that I do not care for is getting my things lost within the purse. This is my first time carrying a purse of this size; something to get used to. I would recommend this purse to anyone who loves purses.

I have just received my Ashbury bag (Boysenberry). I have been looking for a purple IT bag for several months. The leather is very nice and the straps are just the right length. The bag is not heavy either. I could go on and on about this style, leather, color, but... there is one thing you need to know and that is that the bag does not have much structure to it, but it’s a keeper. The price was great. Zappos rocks!

As always, Zappos had wonderful service with the bag arriving the next day! However, I did return it because the closure is a 3 snap set-up that I find unacceptable. It is just too easy, in my opinion, to lose items with this kind of closure. I do not feel this feature is adequately described or shown in the pictures. However, the quality of the leather, the size, and the feel were great. The lime green color was luscious.

A Great Classic -
This is the perfect everyday bag. The size is just right and the straps stay comfortably on the shoulder. The leather is top quality and the lining is fun and cute.

Great Roomy Bag -
This bag is a great size. Not too big, but big enough to use as a daily handbag that can hold a book, etc. The leather is soft and supple, the lining is great. The shoulder straps are the right length for a comfortable carry. All in all, a really nice bag.

Just plain great -
I ordered this bag last night around 7 EDT and it arrived this morning. I got it in the lime and it's so pretty. It is such a nice bag. The right size, great length on the straps and the quality of the leather is really tops. Thanks Zappos and SAK.
