Horribly uncomfortable -
These shoes are really cute, but the arch support is so low, it does nothing and the strap cut into my foot giving me the worst blister I have ever had. These shoes are awful. I have purchased two pairs of Taryn Rose shoes and neither have been worth the money. They are uncomfortable and overpriced. I will never buy her shoes again.

The Viviana thong is sooo cute! I only wish I could afford a pair in black. They are, also, very comfortable. I am wearing them to a wedding as you can dress them up or dress them down. They do run a half size small. I ordered an 8l/2 as size 8 was sold out and I am glad I did, as they are perfect!

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site I would probably fill one out after every order.
