Really cute shoe! The length was OK, but they were overall too big for my size 12 (and slightly narrow) feet. They were too wide and the non-adjustable strap didn't even touch the top of my foot. What a bummer.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My friend Tim (Concord OH) told me you were THE place to buy shoes and boy was he right! I returned the one pair of New Balance 608's today at the post office. When I filled out the return form online last night, I also ordered another pair in 4E and it arrived at 3:30 pm today! WHAT SERVICE!!! I will be keeping this pair as they fit great! I have an awful time buying shoes, and I appreciate your free return policy. I will be sure to tell everyone that Zappos is THE place to shop online!
